OVERVIEW
Insight Global is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer in Mesa, AZ. This individual will be responsible for working with suppliers, in cooperation with Design Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain. In addition to collaborating on the selection of qualified suppliers, you will be leading the efforts to quantify and improve supplier performance, providing a positive impact on the quality of new and existing products (specifically by reducing PPMs, lowering cost of poor quality, and improving delivery to demand on time).
Responsibilities Include:
- Audit and qualify suppliers to quality standards
- Support supplier selection and onsite audits
- Ensure supplier quality clause flow‑down
- Oversee NPI quality, inspections, and PO compliance
- Review FAIR, PFMEA, and control plans; drive improvements
- Assess inspection capability and process metrics
- Review drawings, specs, and special processes

Qualifications

About the Role
The Mechanical Pipefitting/Piping Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, bids, and budget plans for industrial mechanical projects. This role ensures that all estimating activities, including project cost analysis, subcontractor evaluation, and bid preparation, align with company objectives and industry standards. The Mechanical Estimator collaborates with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure competitive and profitable proposals while mitigating financial risks.

Part-Time Opportunities

Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.
