We are seeking a Senior SoC/ASIC Physical Design Engineer to drive physical design activities to successful closure by collaborating closely with RTL and cross-functional engineering teams.
In this role, you will develop, refine, and implement cutting-edge flows and methodologies that optimize performance, power, and area (PPA), directly contributing to world class time to closure and tapeout with optimal team efficiency and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

5. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure all preconstruction activities align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
6. Assessing and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
7. Providing regular updates to project stakeholders on preconstruction progress, potential challenges, and strategies for overcoming these challenges.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Senior Preconstruction Manager-Healthcare OSHPD/HCAI position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry, specifically in Healthcare Construction with a General Contractor.
2. Demonstrated expertise in Healthcare Estimating and preconstruction planning.
3. Proficiency in OSHPD, OSHPD 1, and HCAI regulations and standards.
4. Experience with Lean, IPD, TVD, and Design Build methodologies.
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate diverse project teams.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex preconstruction plans and strategies to a variety of stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions.
8. A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
9. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Professional certifications in Healthcare Construction, OSHPD, or HCAI are a plus.
