Job Summary

The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) is a technical, escalation‑focused role responsible for advanced troubleshooting, environment validation, and root cause analysis across application, endpoint, and network layers. This role supports complex customer issues that require deeper technical investigation beyond standard product workflows.

The TSE role requires strong foundational endpoint and operating system troubleshooting skills aligned to CompTIA A+ level knowledge (or equivalent), along with networking fundamentals aligned to CompTIA Network+ level knowledge (or equivalent). The Support Engineer differentiates product defects from environmental, endpoint, and network‑related causes and provides complete diagnostic evidence prior to escalation to Engineering or Product teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point (L2/L3) for complex technical issues raised by Product Support Representatives (PSRs).
• Conduct detailed endpoint diagnostics, including OS configuration, workstation requirements, drivers, resource utilization, and client-side dependencies.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues affecting application performance, including DNS, ports, firewall rules, latency, and packet loss.
• Analyze logs, system outputs, and telemetry to identify root causes across applications, environment, and infrastructure layers.
• Validate customer environments prior to escalation, ensuring complete reproduction steps, logs, and diagnostic details are documented.
• Participate in Sev1 and Sev2 incident response efforts, including incident bridge calls, as required.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of escalated cases through resolution, providing timely and accurate updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term resolution through documentation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Knowledge & Technical Requirements

• Demonstrated troubleshooting competency aligned to CompTIA A+ (or equivalent), including:
• Endpoint hardware and software troubleshooting
• Windows operating system fundamentals
• Basic security and operational procedures
• Structured problem isolation and diagnostic methodology
• Demonstrated networking competency aligned to CompTIA Network+ (or equivalent), including:
• TCP/IP fundamentals
• DNS concepts and resolution issues

Requirements

Experience & Domain Expertise

• 3–5+ years managing client-facing software implementation projects, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
• Proven experience implementing SaaS or enterprise platforms for external clients
• Strong working knowledge of specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturing, hub services, prior authorization, or patient support programs

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all core facilities services—Central Services (budgeting, compliance, reporting, and administrative functions), Soft Services (janitorial, security, landscaping, cafeteria, and occupant-experience deliverables), and Hard Services (technical maintenance, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs)—across the Siemens Energy Central Florida portfolio. This role contributes significantly to tenant lease responsibilities, vendor management, and project execution. The Facilities Manager applies strong project management skills to plan, schedule, execute, and monitor projects (primarily under $100K, with occasional oversight of larger, non-complex initiatives), prepares specifications, cost estimates, and schedules, and ensures work is completed with minimal disruption to the customer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and integrate Central, Soft, and Hard Services to ensure seamless facility operations and compliance with tenant lease obligations
• Manage all vendor relationships and contracts (janitorial, security, landscaping, etc.); audit performance, document discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed
• Provide project management for facility projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-time/on-budget completion (primarily under $100K)
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance functions across all core services; prioritize work assignments, expedite repairs, and ensure cost-efficient, timely solutions
• Study, recommend, and implement programs to prevent breakdowns and improve efficiency across Central, Soft, and Hard Services
• Ensure safe work practices, environmental compliance, and adherence to lease requirements (e.g., hazardous materials handling, damage remediation)
• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and 3- to 5-year capital plans for facility improvements and maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of progressive facilities management experience, including oversight of multi-disciplinary services (Central, Soft, and Hard Services) in industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environments; proven track record in vendor management and lease compliance
• Must possess applicable certifications, licenses and a valid driver's license
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Proficient in CMMS (e.g., Corrigo), Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic AutoCAD or facility layout software

As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing
and maintaining AMA's enterprise data platform to support analytics,
interoperability, and responsible AI adoption. This role partners closely with
platform engineering, data governance, data science, IT security, and business
stakeholders to deliver highquality, reliable, and secure data products. This
role contributes to AMA's modern lakehouse architecture, optimizing data
operations, and embedding governance and quality standards into engineering
workflows. This role serves as a
senior technical contributor within the team-providing mentorship to junior
engineers and implementing engineering best practices within the data platform function,
in alignment with architectural direction set by leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Engineering & AI Enablement

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and
  ETL/ELT workflows supporting analytics, operational reporting, and AI/ML use
  cases.
• Implement best practice patterns for ingestion,
  transformation, modeling, and orchestration within a modern lakehouse
  environment (e.g., Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Data Lake).
• Develop highperformance

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $115,523.42-$150,972.44. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
