Duties:
- Lead WiFi firmware defect triage and deep log analysis across router and modem platforms
- Investigate and resolve CPE quality and reliability incidents impacting WiFi performance
- Develop detailed RCAs for firmware-related defects and customer-impacting issues
- Support firmware readiness for major launches such as: WiFi 7, 6GHz enablement, new CPE platforms and DOCSIS 4.0 initiatives
- Collaborate with CPE vendors to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure quality delivery
- Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across WiFi routers, DOCSIS CMs, CMTS/iCMTS infrastructure
- Review and validate cable modem configuration files as part of defect isolation

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducts detailed analysis of contract documents (isometric, as-built, and engineering drawings) and specifications for medium to large hard bid / lump sum and construction management projects to determine overall project requirements (bonding, insurance, etc.)
- Takes ownership of medium to large size estimates or a component of larger estimates and is accountable for that specific work scope
- Completes final cost estimate, adding all labor, equipment, material data, pricing documentation, overhead, and profit margins, and produces a final bid submission for review and approval of chief estimator and leadership team
- Identifies associated risk factors, including monitoring of published addenda that may alter original project scope
- Assists or leads the effort to establish a pursuit schedule (estimate and proposal)
- Completes full quantity take-off of all labor, equipment, and materials for medium to large size scopes

- Identify appropriate trade contractors and develop sub lists for budgets, bids and RFPs
- Captures and understands trade scopes and communicates gaps / missing information

- Generates RFIs for review with lead estimator after reviewing specifications and drawings
- Collaboratively develop cost strategies to meet client budget needs

The Estimating Engineer is a key player on the Fiore Estimation team who provides crucial support to the Estimators on bid efforts while gaining exposure to and knowledge of Civil Construction. The Estimating Engineer is driven to learn and takes full advantage of opportunities to assist in the bid process, research municipality specs and materials pricing, and attend site visits and bid reviews.
COMPENSATION:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews construction documents to understand project scope of work and desired work to meet customer expectations and assists estimators with preparation of bid and execution of take-offs.
- Attends pre-bid meetings with estimators as well as project reviews to gain exposure to budget vs field performance.
- Assists estimators with building and creating complete and accurate estimates.
- Attends pre-bid job site visits with estimators along with job site visits to sites with active work.
- Works with subcontractors and suppliers to solicit quotations and organize, review and complete detailed scopes of work and cost comparisons.
- Maintains files of documents as back-up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on unit prices from suppliers.
- Reads and understands project and municipal specifications and additional scope documents, to include Geotech reports and client-provided project schedules.
- Trains in AGTEK software, B2W Estimate software and possibly other construction software.
- Manages subcontractor and vendor lists, reaches out for updates, and familiarizes themselves with our subcontractors and vendors.
- Uses knowledge, strong attention to detail and follow-up skills to assist estimators in soliciting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and organizes, reviews and completes detailed scopes of work and cost comparisons for each.
- Assesses problem situations to identify causes, gathers and processes relevant information, generates possible solutions, and makes recommendations and/or resolves the problem
- Effectively prioritizes projects, needs, and work requests.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We are seeking a technically savvy Plant Manager to lead our polymer extrusion operations. If you’re the kind of leader who knows that a plant runs on both high-performance machinery and high-performing people, we want to talk to you.
As the Plant Manager, you won't just be overseeing a floor; you’ll be the architect of our production efficiency, the guardian of our safety culture, and the driver of continuous improvement.
The Role: What You’ll Do
- Drive Production Excellence: Manage the daily operations of multiple extrusion lines to meet (and exceed) production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Optimize Technical Processes: Oversee material blending, die setups, and cooling parameters. You should be comfortable "talking shop" regarding polymer rheology and mechanical troubleshooting.

What You Bring to the Table

· Supports the Test Engineer in the development and commission of test solutions executing the test qualification of the fixture and program as per the specific system qualification process.

This role will involve designing and developing wiring harness systems, including schematic creation, harness architecture, panel layout, developing specifications, selecting key components, and transitioning design to manufacturing.
