- $80k) We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and/or Electrical Construction Administrator with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction trades.
This is a career opportunity for a person who has previous engineering, construction, facility maintenance, or service technician knowledge of the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing industry construction practices.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the following: Support the implementation of new accounting software and adhere to internal controls and policies and procedures Preparation of timely month end and year end (fiscal) financial statements to include P &L, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows Monthly processing and reconciliation of automated employee expense reports with the assistance of Concur software Supporting maintenance of Fixed Assets system for book and tax reporting Monthly bank account reconciliations Monthly general ledger entries, to include reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Current knowledge of GAAP, to include both accrual and cash-based accounting and the conversion between the two methods Supporting monthly and quarterly state use tax returns for multiple states Preparation of personal property tax and annual filings for multiple states Preparation of quarterly key performance indicators Processing accounts payable checks, Vendor ACH’s and employee ACH’s Coding of monthly office rent invoices and calculation of new lease standards Analyzing new accounting standards and implementing according to GAAP Assist in preparation of annual & mid-year budgets/projections, company budgets and by office Assist with the annual book audit and preparation of income tax returns Guide junior accountant and other staff Financial dashboards and file maker reporting Available to assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable when necessary If you have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting (or similar), 4+ years of progressive, full cycle accounting experience, possess excellent technical skills with proficiency in ERP implementations and advanced Excel usage, enjoy working on a fast paced and dynamic team that prides itself on collaboration and communication, have excellent attention to detail and maintaining deadlines, are self-driven and focused, than this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

- 5+ years of data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical experience- Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- PMP certificate, or Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Understanding of OSP and ISP construction standards in multiple regions.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
