The Opportunity
Atraverse Medical is developing the next generation of left-heart access technologies to streamline procedures and improve patient outcomes.
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be a trusted strategic partner to our customers and internal teams, leading account planning and execution efforts to drive revenue growth, market adoption, and the long-term success of the HOTWIRE™ Transseptal Access System.

What You Will Do
Account Strategy & Relationship Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term revenue growth, retention, and market penetration.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in cardiac electrophysiology, pacing/defibrillation, structural heart, or related medical device industries.
- Proven success in strategic account management with a track record of revenue growth and market share expansion.
- In-depth knowledge of catheterization lab and operating room procedures and protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor team members, and recruit top talent.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The role

- Proficiency in conducting environmental analyses (PEST, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, product trends) to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and close deals effectively.
- Strong ability to set and achieve clear objectives, working efficiently under pressure to deliver results.
- A degree in Engineering is preferred, though not mandatory.

The Role

- Bolster data driven investigations to improve Advanced WiFi performance, end‑client interoperability, and overall customer satisfaction by leveraging internal and external customer/user feedback into actionable investigations.
Program Overview

May obtain information pertaining to products supplied by the company that have been field modified or damaged.
The information is summarized and given to a professional engineer to evaluate and complete repair drawings when required.
Analyzes technical data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications.
Confers with technical and other engineering personnel and prepares design modifications as required.
Analyzes plans and diagrams, or observes and makes notes on material processing, to determine material and material processing specifications, or specifications for construction activities.
Writes technical descriptions specifying material qualities and properties.
Draws rough sketches or arranges for finished drawings or photographs to illustrate specified materials or assembly sequence.
