About the Opportunity

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Lead product innovation through competitive analysis, gap identification, and market insights
• Manage and optimize product portfolios, including SKU rationalization and lifecycle management

• Own product data and performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making

New Product Development

• Develop and execute product roadmaps focused on innovation and value creation

Pricing Strategy

• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure optimal positioning

Channel & Go-to-Market Strategy (Place & Promotion)

• Define and optimize sales channels (distribution, e-commerce, dealer networks, etc.)
• Partner with Marketing to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and product positioning
• Support merchandising, packaging, and product content strategies across channels
• Build and manage promotional calendars aligned with key sales events and market opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on strategy, innovation, and analytics
• Experience in retail manufacturing, industrial, or durable goods environments
• Strong background in competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and portfolio management
• Proven ability to influence internal product strategy at scale, beyond individual customer requests
• B2B experience preferred

Their state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing operations require meticulous planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality implants.

Position Summary

Medix partnered with this manufacturer to recruit a highly organized and analytical Master Planner to manage production planning, inventory, and supply chain scheduling for their CNC manufacturing operations. The Master Planner will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure the right materials and products are available at the right time, meeting both production and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute master production and material plans to meet demand for orthopedic implants.
• Balance demand, capacity, and material constraints across production lines.
• Analyze historical data, forecasts, sales orders, and system reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve planning accuracy, throughput, and key performance metrics.
• Pull, interpret, and report key metrics to track and improve planning performance.
• Identify system and process gaps, support system “test drives,” and drive workflow optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to align production schedules with customer requirements and machine capacity.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding changes in demand, lead times, and production schedules.
• Support new product introductions (NPIs) by coordinating required materials, tooling, and production capacity.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems (Connexus, Oracle preferred) to plan, schedule, and track production activities.
• Lead and guide a team of 3 planners on metrics, planning activities, and system improvements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in planning, scheduling, and inventory management.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Connexus and Oracle ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of demand and supply planning, production planning, and manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with validation processes, material movement, and machining environments (CNC experience a plus).
• CNC machining environment experience is preferred; knowledge of FDA/ISO regulations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Role Focus

• Heavy emphasis on systems, data analysis, and process improvement.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

Your experience should include...

• 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
• Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
• Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
• Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Location Details: Remote, United States

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

What you'll get to do...

Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.
• Develop a clear vision for who integrates with us, why, and how — prioritizing integrations that deliver high merchant and partner value aligned to our platform core competencies.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of partner evaluation criteria, technical architecture, and enterprise buyer needs — positioning GoDaddy Commerce competitively alongside platforms like Stripe, Adyen, and Finix.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including: 
  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks
  • Customer authentication and tokenization flows
  • Reseller administrator portal
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.
• Translate client conversations into actionable platform requirements, balancing enterprise flexibility with platform scalability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.
• Continuously iterate roadmap priorities based on adoption, partner satisfaction, and ecosystem performance.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform

• Collaborate with GTM and Solution Engineering to create integration blueprints, API playbooks, and sandbox environments that reduce time-to-value for new partners.
• Define certification standards and reference architectures for recurring vertical use cases.
• Share insights and findings across GoDaddy Commerce to shape our long-term platform strategy for embedded commerce and payments.

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
• Track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, business development, operations, and compliance teams.

You might also have...

• Experience with platforms such as Stripe Connect, Adyen for Platforms, Finix, Square Developer Platform, or Shopify's Partner APIs.
