- Support product roadmap planning, including scheduling, resource planning, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor QA team members, setting priorities, goals, and development plans.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing software delivery or QA initiatives in IT environments.
- 5+ years of experience working with product roadmaps and digital product development.
- Strong experience with SDLC methodologies, SAFe Agile, and Scrum.

Job Summary
The Computer System Validation (CSV) Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring computerized systems used in regulated manufacturing environments meet compliance, validation, and data integrity requirements. This role serves as the Quality reviewer and approver for manufacturing and digital platforms, applying risk-based validation principles to support efficient project execution while maintaining regulatory inspection readiness.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve CSV lifecycle documentation including VMP, URS, FRS, HDS, Risk Assessments, IQ/OQ/PQ, RTM, and Summary Reports.
- Ensure validation strategies align with GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
- Assess system changes through change control processes, determining GxP impact and validation requirements.
- Support periodic reviews and re-validation of existing computerized systems.
- Act as Quality reviewer/approver for manufacturing and laboratory systems such as:
- MES/EBR platforms (e.g., Werum PAS-X or similar)
- Data historians (e.g., OSIsoft PI or equivalent)
- Advanced analytics tools (e.g., Seeq)
- Empower and other laboratory systems
- Review system configurations related to data acquisition, time stamping, audit trails, access controls, and electronic records/signatures.
- Ensure appropriate segregation between GxP and non-GxP system usage.

The Manager of Weddings & Special Occasions is responsible for booking and contracting all Atlantis Wedding and Special Occasion related business in the assigned region and market segment. This position will provide daily sales driven support for the Weddings and Special Occasions department and actively pursue all sales and revenue growth opportunities.

Position Summary / Job Purpose:
The Maritime Safety Associate Investigator position is responsible for investigating major maritime accidents and near misses such as fires, collisions, groundings, and technical issues. This position ensures the safety of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. guests, employees, contractors, visitors, ships, capital equipment, real property, and reputation via shipboard safety incident response and oversight. This position is responsible to be up to date on the latest investigative processes and innovative tools. The investigative team produces lessons learned, safety bulletins and full investigative reports in line with the ISM Code and continuous improvement of maritime safety operations. The team also liaises with external authorities on investigations that warrant outside involvement and represents the company in legal matters and regulatory compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work independently in planning and conducting corporate and shipboard investigations identifying clear root and contributory causes as required
• Respond to incidents and investigations, occasionally outside of normal business hours, on holidays and weekends when required • Proactively suggest ways to improve operational safety and efficiency
• Deploy and travel for incident response on short notice (US and International)
• Facilitate successful shipboard incident response through sound decision making, effective communication and strong leadership
• Employ appropriate interview techniques to gather evidence at all levels of shipboard employees

- Hospitality Job Description: A Project Manager (PM) develops, coordinates, implements, and manages all facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the quality specified.
The PM provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader.
The PM is the primary leader for the construction project.

- Healthcare & Life Sciences Job Description: The Senior Project Manager’s role is to effectively manage Healthcare and Life Science projects, both small and large scale, from discovery and design to development and implementation.
