Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage maintenance teams across multiple sites
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Drive a company-wide Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) culture
• Oversee budgets, projects, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
• 10+ years in maintenance management, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in heavy manufacturing or steel fabrication environments
• Proven knowledge of TPM, preventive/predictive maintenance, and machinery repair
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Familiarity with maintenance software/CMMS and industrial safety standards
• Ability to travel and be on-call for emergency repairs

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the implementation of modern data platform architectures using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
• Define end-to-end data architecture across ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics layers
• Architect Lakehouse and data warehouse solutions to support enterprise-scale analytics and AI initiatives

Qualifications

SUMMARY

Develop and maintain high quality client relations through sales, project management and personnel management. Ensure that environmental permitting and compliance projects are completed correctly, on time and budget, and that quality projects are made available for the assigned team. Experience in air dispersion modeling or water/waste permitting and compliance is a plus!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor, verify, and ensure the technical accuracy and quality of project related work.
2. Guide staff in manner that allows for efficient progress and timely completion of consulting projects within the established budget.
3. Coordinate efforts of project team to ensure timely completion of project, invoicing review, and maintaining project budgets.
4. Maintain business development relationships through sales calls and professional networking.
5. Promote client stewardship by being attentive to the needs of existing clients and by encouraging consultant staff to look for business opportunities with clients.
6. Develop sales proposals for existing and prospective clients.
7. Identify new marketing opportunities and assist business development staff with appropriate literature development, communication, and follow-up.
8. Attend and present papers at conferences, and prepare regulatory updates and present luncheon seminars.
9. Communicate with staff the decisions/goals of management so that the staff can help adhere to company goals while meeting personal goals.
10. Ensure proper utilization and billing of consulting staff.
11. Monitor and evaluate employees' performance of goals and performance standards continuously.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises 1-3 employees in Environmental Consulting. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental/Civil Engineering, and or related Atmospheric/Environmental Science from four-year college or university; and at least two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have regulatory, industry, and technical knowledge relating to permit applicability, emission inventories, air dispersion modeling, and federal and state permitting requirements.

Must have computer literacy, including basic programming word processing, spreadsheet skills, and knowledge of Microsoft office software package.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Project architects are responsible for restaurant design, coordination, and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. Will oversee the restaurant design process to ensure codes and standards are met while achieving the client goals. Core Responsibilities

• Research the project location, demographics, brand vision, architecture trends, and target market to determine guest experience and architectural intent
• Meet with the owner, operations, design, and marketing staff to understand project goals and requirements
• Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships
• Build and coordinate the master schedule with a consultant team to track project durations and schedule
• Lead, collaborate, and coordinate with architects, engineers, interior designers, lighting designers, and other consultants as required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills to communicate to consultant team and general contractors
• Review and create complete construction documents, specifications, and details
• Ensure all zoning laws, building codes, sustainability, fire and safety, and accessibility codes are met
• Work with general contractors to manage sub and vendor relationships, cost, lead time and delivery dates to site
• Manage, review and respond to all submittals and RFI’s in a timely manner to issue to general contractors
• Oversee architectural and design mockups and sample reviews as required
• Visit job sites to ensure project coordination, design intent, codes, and standards are being followed
• Collaborate with general contractors to resolve design or construction issues
• Provide cost estimates throughout each phase of the project in collaboration with consultants and general contractors

The Automation Engineering Group Manager for the Water/Wastewater team in Dallas, Texas is responsible for leading a team of professionals in the programming, configuration, testing, and commissioning of HMI/PLC based industrial control systems for municipal and industrial water/wastewater clients throughout the region. The Automation Engineering Group Manager should have extensive project management, business development, and leadership capabilities. • Provide managerial, technical and design services focused on all aspects of municipal and industrial automation projects, including planning, design, commissioning and construction of conveyance and treatment systems.

• Proven ability to successfully manage scope, schedule and budget on projects as well as overall financial performance of a team.
• Experience with technical writing, networking, cybersecurity, PLC programming, and HMI programming required.
• Technically competent, a team player with excellent verbal and written communications abilities.
• Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record.
