Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager focused on Contract Manufacturing within the Medical Device industry.

Proven experience in selling to medical device manufacturers A strong background in Injection Molding, Silicon and Rubber Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

Strong understanding of injection molding, liquid silicone rubber or high consistency rubber.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Must be willing to travel as required.

This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of automated production equipment — including robotic systems, packaging lines, and integrated control systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated and semi-automated manufacturing systems.

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.

Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.

Service and calibrate sensors, motors, actuators, and other automation components.

Troubleshoot robotic systems, end-of-arm tooling, and integrated automation systems.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.

Assist in training operators and maintenance personnel on proper setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations to minimize production interruptions.

QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree, technical diploma, or journeyman-level certification in Automation, Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.

Hands-on experience with PLC programming and HMI systems.

Working knowledge of robotics, motion controls, and industrial automation.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
