This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of automated production equipment — including robotic systems, packaging lines, and integrated control systems.
The ideal candidate is results-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated and semi-automated manufacturing systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
Service and calibrate sensors, motors, actuators, and other automation components.
Troubleshoot robotic systems, end-of-arm tooling, and integrated automation systems.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.
Assist in training operators and maintenance personnel on proper setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations to minimize production interruptions.
QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree, technical diploma, or journeyman-level certification in Automation, Electromechanical Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
Hands-on experience with PLC programming and HMI systems.
Working knowledge of robotics, motion controls, and industrial automation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

About the role:
This role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. This role calls on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota. Conducting the majority of client interactions remotely, this role has the flexibility to meet in person as needed.
- Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs.
- Identifies and secures new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting (i.e. networks, referrals, etc.) and company-initiated prospecting programs.
- Executes all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence (i.e., designed cadences for client and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.).
- Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.

Basic Qualifications
- We are hiring for both entry level (1-3 years of experience) and senior level (3+ years of experience) candidates.

- Senior level requires 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle)
- Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships.
- Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems

The on-target earnings (“OTE”)(base + incentives) for these positions is $137K per year with the ability to make more in most US locations.
