The Data Center Chassis Lead will be responsible for architecting, adopting and designing chip/chiplet chassis building blocks for data center silicon. Key responsibilities include reviewing chassis building blocks, collaborating with chassis domain lead for architecting the version for data center, working with SoC/Chip/Chiplet design lead for integration requirement, execution plan and implementation, providing improvements based on analysis results, and conducting thorough quality design verification and documentation.

Requirement

• MS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in designing transistor-level digital circuits.
• 3+ years of experience in hands on experience in architecting and designing chassis for data center silicon.
• Strong knowledge in SoC/Chip/Chiplet chassis: clock and reset, power and thermal management, out-of-band management, platform security, RAS, debug & test, eFuse control and distribution, and etc.
• Expert on designing with Verilog, SystemVerilog, Perl and Tcl script.
• Proficiency with EDA tools like VCS, Design compiler, and so on.
• Prior experience in all Front End activities and quality checks (eg: Lint, CDC...)
• Good understanding and working knowledge in other domains like DV and DFT, timing closure
• Able to provide timing constraints and work with PD teams to ensure RTL meets timing
• Strong debugging and scripting skills (Perl, Python, Tcl...)

Location: San Jose, California or Portland, Oregon

Salary range: $190,000- $270,000. Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications. Position Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to plan, coordinate, and execute electrical construction or installation projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and client expectations. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

· Develop full project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

· Oversee all phases of electrical projects, including design review, procurement, installation, testing, and closeout.

· Coordinate with engineering teams to develop and review electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals.

· Ensure compliance with NEC, local electrical codes, building standards, and safety regulations.

Budget & Financial Management

· Prepare cost estimates, bids, proposals, and invoices.

· Monitor project budgets, analyze variances, and take corrective action to maintain profitability.

· Manage material purchases, subcontractor agreements, and vendor relationships.

Team Leadership & Coordination

· Direct and support site supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors.

· Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.

· Resolve technical or staffing issues that impact project timelines.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

· Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and addressing concerns.

· Present project progress reports and documentation to customers, leadership, and partners.

· Serve as a key liaison between field personnel, engineering, management, and external parties.

Quality Control & Safety

· Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications.

· Enforce OSHA and company safety policies across all job sites.

· Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain accurate project records, change orders, RFIs, and progress logs.

· Prepare closeout packages including as-builts, warranties, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

· 5+ years of experience in electrical project management or electrical contracting.

· Experience managing commercial, industrial, or residential electrical projects (as Applicable).

· Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.

· Excellent project management, scheduling, and organizational skills.

· Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical documents.

· Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Preferred but not required)

· PMP Certification

· Journeyman or Master Electrician License

Work Environment

· Work may involve visits to active construction sites.

Essential Skills:

You will be part of a worldwide R&D team developing high-performance package designs for ASICs for artificial intelligence (AI), networking, high-performance computing (HPC), and 5G base stations. These designs include SerDes at 112G and higher, RF/Microwave ADC/DAC, DDR and more. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with the team to create the package structures needed to enable new design, and also automate design tasks using Cadence SKILL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall design responsibility for ASIC package designs, including aspects of signal integrity, power integrity, manufacturability, reliability, and thermal, in partnership with our experienced team of package engineering experts.
• 1 or more years experience with Cadence SKILL for Allegro, or similar design-automation coding experience and interest
