We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior CNC Machinist Programmer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in an innovative environment where your skills and knowledge will be valued and rewarded. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the Manufacturing industry, specifically with Aerospace Alloy Machining, and will be comfortable working with materials such as Inconel, titanium, monel, and Aluminum. A strong commitment to process improvement is essential.
Responsibilities
As a Senior CNC Machinist Programmer, you will be responsible for:
1. Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts.
2. Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
3. Working with a variety of materials including Inconel, titanium, monel, Stainless, and Copper.
4. Implementing and monitoring process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
5. Maintaining a high level of quality control, ensuring all parts meet strict quality standards.
6. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and improve machining processes.
7. Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members.
8. Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
9. Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to prevent downtime.
10. Keeping up-to-date with the latest machining technologies and techniques.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience with Aerospace Alloy Machining.
3. Proven experience working with materials such as Inconel, titanium, monel, and Aluminum.
4. A strong understanding of CNC programming and operation using Fanuc controls.
5. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
6. A proven track record in process improvement.
7. Ability to hold tight tolerances (±.001” or better).
8. Strong communication and leadership skills.
9. A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
10. A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate on the design of system architecture and data flow strategies.
- Partner with business units and technical teams to resolve data issues and support ongoing analytics efforts.
- Perform data wrangling tasks such as ingestion, transformation, and cleaning to enable meaningful analysis.
- Convert complex business needs into clear technical plans and data-driven solutions.
- Participate in peer code reviews and share best practices across the engineering team.
- Produce and maintain documentation related to data workflows, architecture, and models.
- Create custom reports and visualizations for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting a large volume of data pipelines.
- Work alongside software engineers to ensure data consistency within applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Proficient in tools and languages such as Python, T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
- Solid experience in data integration, ETL development, and building data warehouses.
- Familiarity with data governance standards and security protocols, especially in healthcare settings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insight.
Preferred Experience
- Comfortable leading junior engineers or interested in mentoring.
- Knowledge of healthcare datasets and industry-specific data protections.
- Prior experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Exposure to agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, or Red-Gate.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs expert level break-fix & preventive maintenance, and/or design of mechanical, and electrical equipment improvements as well as complex systems as the employee’s job specialty requires. Provides troubleshooting support on equipment and technical support on production lines as appropriate for the employee’s job specialty. Maintains in-depth technical knowledge of numerous systems as the employee’s job specialty requires. Performs research and procedures as the employee’s job specialty requires.
· Programs, troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve in-depth software/ hardware and configuration problems.
· Utilizes predictive equipment and interprets results for analysis, equipment condition assessment, troubleshooting and proactive maintenance. Including but not limited to infrared thermography, ultrasonic testing, power quality analysis, laser interferometry, ball bar, and vibration analysis.
· Leads, drives and participates in CI activities--processes, results and cost savings using CI tools and methodology.
· Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary. Suggests alternative items and engineered solutions to improve reliability.
· Independently performs maintenance as per industry standards.
· Complies with 5S and housekeeping standards.
· May be required to setup and operate multiple machining operations including but not limited to: lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May perform welding tasks.
· Studies and investigates technical and systems methods, tools, and innovations that can be implemented in ATS sites to improve maintenance practices and updates documentation.
