THE PURPOSE: The Director of Sales, Off-Price is responsible for independently driving sales and gross margin for select Off-Price accounts. You will manage shipping forecasts, inventory levels, and all product needs in collaboration with key internal cross-functional partners. Building concrete business plans and strategies in partnership with the VP of Off-price to generate incremental volume and maximize all opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and margin and contribute to True Religion’s continued growth by reinforcing and strengthening relationships with our wholesale customers.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
- Independently managing sales and gross margin for select off-price accounts.
- Analyze selling, present lines to the buyer, and place market and chase buys with merchants/production
- Responsible for forecasting sales and margin against LY and budget on a bi-weekly basis.
- Partner with planning on OTB and reacting to a fast-paced business model
- Negotiate and close ATS/Inventory deals daily, maximizing sales and profitability.

ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $130,000 -$140,000 + commission. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. The SEO Expert is responsible for maximizing search engine rankings for B&H product/listing and landing pages, as well as increasing the overall volume of organic traffic from search engines to the B&H Website. The SEO Expert leverages data analytics to develop and deploy effective search strategies aligned with business objectives. Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop a viable/robust SEO strategy based on SEO best practices and data analytics

The engineer focuses on device connectivity, protocol integration, database structure, and high-reliability system architecture while working under senior technical guidance.
They design and deploy resilient data acquisition and integration solutions that ensure reliable communication between field devices and SCADA platforms.
4 Key Responsibilities Configure and manage Ignition Gateway infrastructure, including redundancy, clustering, and high-availability setups.
Implement Kepware-based device integration, protocol translation, and structured tag models across industrial networks.
Develop scalable UDT frameworks to support alarming, historical data capture, and automated notifications.
Integrate field devices and PLCs using industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP, BACnet IP, Ethernet/IP) MUST HAVE: 3+ years of SCADA engineering experience on either the front-end or back-end integrations Knowledge of protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, TCP, MQTT, etc.
