The Inside Sales Account Manager will provide excellent customer service, build stronger relationships with existing customers, develop new ones, and support multiple JPE Regional Sales Managers. Employees will have access to shared workspaces at various King County facilities.

Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to their King County worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.

Travel is required only to the extent the employee must travel from the teleworksite they have chosen within Washington state to the Seattle, WA onsite worksite.

Some travel to project worksites within King County may be required.

Employees will be provided with a County issued laptop and must maintain a workspace with an internet connection (access may be supplemented in some situations) where they can reliably perform work and remain available and responsive during scheduled work hours.

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager - Tech working on Agentic Seller Growth, you will be responsible for designing, experimenting with, and delivering delightful experiences that help Amazon's Selling Partners discover and effortlessly act upon their most impactful growth opportunities. You will work backwards from fast evolving Selling Partner needs, partner with engineers, data scientists and UX designers to ensure the experience is trust-worthy and relevant. Working with the latest technology, you will often deal with high ambiguity and make trade-off decisions between speed and quality. You will frequently present to and seek alignment with senior leaders from partner teams. - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
- 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition throughout the product life cycle from concept to end of lifecycle
- Experience participating in or leading technical collaborations and creating alignment across diverse groups (e.g., hardware engineering, software engineering, program management)
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams- Master's degree, or MBA in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
- Experience in analytics, data engineering or business intelligence from a large scale business enterprise
- Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits), or experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
