We are seeking a motivated quality professional to own and lead quality and regulatory as the company’s Quality Manager. Role Overview: The Quality Manager serves as the company’s authority for quality and regulatory compliance, operating in close partnership with Engineering and executive leadership. The role holds final quality decision authority for product release, supplier qualification, and process changes. This is a primarily on-site, hands-on leadership role with limited flexibility based on business needs responsible for ensuring effective execution of QMS processes and data-driven quality decisions. This position reports to the head of Engineering, with direct and regular engagement with the CEO/President to ensure alignment on quality and regulatory priorities. The role currently has no direct reports and leverages internal and external support resources to support QMS activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as FDA Management Representative with final quality decision authority and responsibility for regulatory compliance and QMS effectiveness
• Own, maintain, and continuously improve the ISO 13485 and ISO 9001-certified QMS, including leading audits, CAPAs, and management reviews
• Establish and oversee part and product inspections and release activities, including direct execution as needed and final review/approval of delegated acceptance decisions
• Oversee supplier qualification, monitoring, and compliance with regulatory and quality requirements, and serve as the U.S. Agent for designated foreign suppliers
• Direct and coordinate internal resources, in collaboration with functional leaders, to meet quality and regulatory objectives
• Analyze quality data, trends, and risk using appropriate statistical methods
• Drive quality culture and cross-functional engagement by promoting a customer- and patient-oriented culture (weighEasier®) and communicating quality objectives and risks across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering, Science, or a related technical field preferred. Additional relevant education is a plus.
• 6+ years of quality/regulatory experience in a regulated environment, including 4+ years in medical devices within a certified quality system (e.g., ISO 13485)
• Demonstrated experience owning quality and/or regulatory processes and final decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of technical, quality, or regulatory experience in medical devices
• Prior experience serving as FDA Management Representative
• Experience managing team or external vendors with demonstrated independent decision authority
• Strong statistical analysis background – ASQ, RAPS, Lean, or similar certifications preferred

Position Overview

The Toolroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and performance of stamping dies and tooling that support production operations. The Internal Identity & Access Management (I2AM) team is responsible for critical production infrastructure that provides a foundational notion of Identity and strong authentication and authorization controls across Pinterest. Our backend is primarily written in Golang, Python with some C++ while our frontend tools are written in React and TypeScript. We're looking for an experienced software engineer who will help us build robust tooling to define and evaluate access controls across production infrastructure. A security background is not necessary but ideal candidates will have familiarity with the problems or related spaces, such as Infrastructure or Identity.

What you'll do:

• 
  
• Help shape our identity and authorization controls for users, services and AI Agents.
  
• Design, implement, and maintain mission-critical software that will help us deliver robust IAM infrastructure and libraries to our customers.
  
• Collaborate with a variety of teams to build performant and resilient AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Auditing) platform controls into various high-traffic services including our AI Agents, online/offline data platforms, databases, service mesh (Envoy). and other critical infrastructure components.
  
• Represent the I2AM team across the Security Organization and with our X-org partners, including Networking, Data Platform, Cloud Platform, Agent Platform and product teams.
  
• Work with and mentor more junior engineers on the I2AM team.
  

What we're looking for:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  
• 5+ years of software development experience.
  
• A history of building & operating large scale distributed systems.
  
• Past experience influencing technical architecture and roadmap adoption while working across other teams.
  
• Experience in some of the following areas is a strong plus:
  
  • 
    
  • Infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform, Puppet, etc.)
    
  • Identity, Account Security, Authentication/Authorization (OAuth, SAML, RBAC) protocols
    
  • AWS or other public cloud infrastructure, containerization such as Kubernetes
    
  • Familiarity with networking protocols (Application layer)

Are you a detail-driven Product Design Engineer who enjoys refining and improving real-world products? This is an exciting long-term contract opportunity to work on high-impact mechanical products in a regulated environment—where precision, documentation, and thoughtful design updates truly matter.

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on modifying and enhancing existing designs based on testing and validation feedback rather than early-stage concept development. You’ll play a key role in strengthening product performance, reliability, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Modify and improve existing mechanical designs using SolidWorks
• Update engineering drawings, revisions, and controlled documentation
• Apply Design Control principles throughout the product lifecycle
• Support product updates driven by testing, validation, and prototyping results
• Work with mechanical assemblies featuring moving parts such as springs, collapsible mechanisms, and precision components
• Ensure compliance within a regulated industry environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of mechanical/product design experience
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (this is a must-have)
• Experience designing plastic parts and mechanical assemblies
• Solid understanding of engineering drawings and revision control
• Working knowledge of Design Controls
• Medical device experience and ISO 13485 familiarity preferred
• Experience in other regulated industries (aerospace, defense, etc.) is also highly valued
