Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Proven experience in Quality Control, Operations Management, Quality Assurance, FTTH, FTTB.
4.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading a team of quality engineers.
5.
Excellent knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
