Scott Humphrey has partnered with a large and reputable general contractor to assist in finding a Project Manager for their headquarters in Saint Louis and travel to Illinois . As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of Commercial and special project new construction; project quality control, subcontractor coordination, daily logs/project documentation, safety, and inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of large-scale or complex construction projects, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations
• Manage project financials including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and the monthly pay application process
• Drive subcontractor buyout, contract execution, change order management, and trade partner performance
• Develop, update, and manage project schedules and site logistics plans in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Cultivate strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and other partners through effective communication and proactive issue resolution
• Oversee and enforce compliance with all project-specific and company's safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including leadership of large or complex projects
• Proficiency in project financial management, scheduling, contract administration, and subcontractor management
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Experience with industry software platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6)
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• LEED accreditation or knowledge of sustainable building practices (preferred not required)
• Experience with Design-Build and CMAR delivery methods (preferred not required)
• Strategic thinking and business development acumen (preferred not required)

The HVAC Segment Sales Enablement Manager will drive consistent, effective sales execution across the HVAC segment by leading enablement initiatives, advancing Salesforce platform adoption, and coordinating large project opportunities across Business Units (BUs). This role is critical to our organic growth by improving pipeline visibility, execution discipline, and conversion of complex HVAC projects.

Working closely with Segment leadership, Sales leaders, BU commercial teams, Marketing, and IT, this role serves as the central coordinator for sales onboarding, process adoption, governance, and execution consistency across the HVAC segment. The Sales Enablement Manager ensures Salesforce is leveraged as the system of record to support opportunity management, forecast accuracy, and cross-BU collaboration. The role also reinforces a standardized lead-to-close process to drive visibility, accountability, and conversion throughout the sales cycle.

Reporting to the HVAC VP, Strategy, this highly collaborative role blends process, systems, and commercial rigor with strong business partnership. Success in this role includes achieving >85% active Salesforce usage, improving data quality, reducing pipeline past due, and increasing forecast reliability. Most importantly, sales teams feel supported—not burdened—by tools and processes, with clear visibility into large projects and strong confidence in pipeline health and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce rollout, adoption, and ongoing enablement across the HVAC segment
• Drive HVAC Segment revenue growth through disciplined opportunity management
• Act as HVAC's central governance body for Salesforce enhancements, data standards, training, and best practices; Own HVAC Segment Salesforce governance and enhancement prioritization
• Partner with IT, Sales Operations, and BUs to translate business needs into scalable CRM functionality (including enhancements beyond standard configuration)
• Own training, documentation, and change management to drive adoption, data quality, and consistent usage
• Ensure Salesforce supports a standardized lead-to-close process, including opportunity progression, forecasting, and large project tracking
• Coordinate large, complex HVAC project opportunities across BUs to improve visibility, collaboration, and execution; Establish consistent execution process for large project and pipeline reviews
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to support pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion
• Use data and insights to identify gaps, drive accountability, and inform continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, commercial excellence, CRM leadership, or related roles
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce (or other CRM) experience, including deployment, adoption, training, and ongoing optimization
• Experience supporting complex, project-based, or engineered-to-order sales environments (HVAC, industrial, capital equipment, or similar preferred)
• Strong understanding of lead-to-close sales processes, opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
• Experience partnering with IT, Marketing, Sales, and other functions to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver scalable CRM solutions (including functionality beyond standard out-of-the-box)

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a seasoned Low Observables (LO) Design & Integration Engineer to lead design and analysis activities supporting the fabrication and test of an RCS pole model.

The successful candidate will apply deep expertise in LO materials, integration, manufacturing, computational electromagnetic (CEM) modelling, and test support to design, build and test a representative pole model for an advanced next generation program in the St. Louis region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed LO design and integration for the RCS pole model, including material selection, incorporation of advanced technologies, supplier hardware integration.
• Use computational electromagnetic solvers to model, analyze, and optimize radar cross section (RCS) and scattering behavior across required frequency bands and aspect angles in support of pre-test predictions and diagnostics.
• Work with Manufacturing to ensure proper alignment between design, analysis and fabrication of LO components.
• Define and support fabrication processes, QA checks, and build plans for LO skins, coatings, RAM treatments, and attachments; identify and mitigate manufacturability risks, provide LO liaison support to the shop.
• Develop and execute test plans for RCS characterization (anechoic chamber and outdoor ranges), including instrumentation, calibration, and measurement repeatability considerations.
• Prepare and execute data processing workflows to reduce, calibrate, and analyze measured RCS and related EM test data; combine simulation and measurement data for validation and design iteration.
• Produce clear technical documentation: design descriptions, analysis reports, test plans, test reports, procedures, and presentation materials for program reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement of LO design, test, and data processing practices.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Hands-on support in fabrication or test setups may be required.
• Will require travel to other company locations, supplier facilities, fabrication shops, and test ranges (including anechoic chambers and outdoor ranges).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
• 7+ years of professional experience working with low observable materials and technologies, including hands-on exposure to LO integration, design, manufacturing, and test.
• Demonstrated experience using computational electromagnetic solvers (e.g., FEKO, HFSS, CST, WIPL-D, CARLOS, SENTRI, XPATCH or equivalent) for design and optimization of LO systems and RCS predictions.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic principles relevant to scattering, phenomena and Radar Cross Section.
• Proven track record supporting fabrication and testing of LO components/assemblies and correlating measurements to models.
• Proficiency in data processing and analysis of RCS/EM test data, including calibration, clutter and background rejection, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent technical writing skills with experience producing engineering reports, test plans, and test reports.
• Effective verbal communication and collaboration skills; ability to lead technical discussions and interface with suppliers, customers, leadership and test facility personnel.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and Special Program Access (US Only Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant discipline.
• Past experience with RCS pole models, and range testing.
• Experience with material characterization techniques.
• Knowledge of LO materials and application processes, as well as nondestructive inspection methods for LO components.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and integration with CEM workflows.
