The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of contract performance at NASA's Kennedy Space Center. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling operations to meet contract requirements and ensure mission success. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering or technical background combined with managerial expertise to deliver innovative, effective, and compliant operational support for one of the world's most advanced spaceports. Position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall performance of the SOCS contract, ensuring alignment with scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.

- Maintain a positive working relationship with government and contractor personnel to support NASA's mission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field, with formal training in management (e.g., university coursework or PMP certification); or a master's degree in a business-related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in a managerial role overseeing large-scale programs or contracts.
- Proven experience in contract compliance, program planning, and resource management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with high-level government and agency representatives.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing complex technical programs.

The Opportunity:
FSEC invites applications for an Undergraduate Summer Research Internship focused on low-carbon methanol production from fugitive methane resources. This internship will take place at M2X Energy Inc. (Rockledge, Florida), where the intern will collaborate with both researchers and industry engineers. All research and hands-on activities will occur at this off-campus sponsor facility.
Responsibilities:
This program focuses on supporting activities related to process development, optimizations and designs of portable, modular gas-to-methanol technologies in partnership with M2X Energy Inc., which involves, but is not limited to:
Development and review of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
Creation and support of CAD drawings for equipment layouts, skid assemblies, and process components.
Design, assembly, and experimentation with benchtop instruments, including data acquisition and analysis.
Basic process control support and maintenance of engineering and manufacturing documentation.
Assembly, modification, and operation of flow reactors and adsorption testing systems (such as breakthrough rigs) to generate data for pressure swing adsorption (PSA) modeling and validation.
Participation in chemical laboratory experiments and processes, including but not limited to testing adsorbent materials to enhance methane recovery from renewable natural gas streams.
Preparation of written and oral reports summarizing experimental results, processes, and findings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Enrollment or recent completion in an engineering or science undergraduate program and basic proficiency in one or more of the following: chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemistry with scientific lab work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with process diagrams and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and interpreting or drafting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
Hands-on experience in bench-scale instrumentation development and experimentation.
Familiar with piping assembly, fittings, and gas cylinder handling.
Track records with detailed documentation of experimental procedure, SOPs plus good data management skills.
Familiarity with data processing, analysis and computing tools such as Excel, Origin, MATLAB and Python.
Interest in manufacturing, process engineering and clean technology processes.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Large Format Additive Manufacturing Manager based in Merritt Island, FL. This position is responsible for owning and scaling Building Blocks’ large-format additive manufacturing capability from early application through fully integrated, production-ready use on live façade projects.
The role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, manufacturing, and project execution. The Additive Manufacturing Manager will lead the strategy, process development, and day-to-day operation of LFAM systems used to produce molds, tooling, and potentially end-use architectural components. Success in this role is defined by throughput, repeatability, quality, and reliability.
Responsibilities include defining and optimizing print processes and parameters, qualifying materials, commissioning and maintaining equipment, establishing QA/QC and safety standards, and integrating additive manufacturing directly into project workflows. The role also includes building and leading a high-performance team while driving continuous improvement in cycle time, cost, and output quality.
Close collaboration with design, engineering, tooling, and production teams is essential to ensure digital models translate into executable, production-grade print paths that meet real schedule and cost constraints.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Concrete Laboratory Technician to support our work in architectural UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete) and GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete). This role is critical to ensuring material performance, consistency, and quality for cutting-edge façade and cladding applications. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, cast, cure, and test UHPC and GFRC samples in accordance with ASTM, PCI, and internal testing protocols.
- Conduct physical and mechanical testing including compressive strength, flexural strength (MOR/LOP), tensile testing, fiber dispersion, and dimensional stability.
- Support mix design development, including batching precision, raw material evaluations, pigment/color applications, and rheology testing.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a quality database for mix performance, batch records, and testing results.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment such as mixers, scales, curing chambers, compression/flexural test machines, and others.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of all testing activities to ensure traceability and reproducibility.
