Role Overview

The GxP Systems Development Engineer supports the implementation, upgrade, and validation of laboratory informatics systems (e.g., SDMS, LIMS, ELN) in GMP-regulated environments. This role ensures system compliance, data integrity, and seamless integration with laboratory instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and upgrades of LogiLab SDMS, including deployment and instrument integration
• Execute validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), test scripts, and traceability documentation
• Collaborate with infrastructure and validation teams for system upgrades and performance
• Perform regression testing and system verification post-upgrade
• Assist with change control and maintain validation/SOP documentation
• Ensure compliance with ALCOA+ data integrity principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–6+ years of experience with lab systems (SDMS, LIMS, ELN, CDS) in GMP environments
• Knowledge of GxP frameworks (GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11)
• Experience with system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and change control processes
• Hands-on experience with system upgrades or migrations

About the role

Seeking a data-focused Business Analyst to support Clinical, Quality, and Regulatory data initiatives in a GxP-regulated biotech environment.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into data-ready specifications, mappings, and functional documentation to enable analytics and data delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Create source-to-target mappings, data flow diagrams, and data documentation
• Partner with Clinical, Quality, and Regulatory stakeholders to define data and reporting requirements

Role description:

• Select, manage, and coordinate with external design consultants and engineering firms for HVAC and utility scopes.
• Gather site-specific data and author detailed User Requirement Specifications (URS) for HVAC and utility equipment per project.
• Oversee development of Conceptual Design, Basis of Design, P&IDs, and vendor technical specifications to ensure alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
• Provide remote engineering support to international sites lacking on-site mechanical/process engineers to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC and utility system issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies applicable to HVAC and utility systems, including robotics, AI, and automation innovations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality, compliance, and schedule expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HVAC and Plant Utility system design, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
• Strong background in front-end design phases: Conceptual Design, Basis of Design, P&IDs, and URS development.
• Proven experience in client-side engineering roles and managing external design firms.
• Familiarity with current and emerging HVAC and utility technologies, including automation and AI applications.
• Excellent communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide remote engineering support for international manufacturing sites.
• Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical industry standards is highly preferred.

You will combine high-level architectural oversight—specifically evaluating new and emerging AI technologies—with hands-on engineering.

Reporting to the Director of Security in Global Security organization, you will research security controls, validate emerging architectural patterns, and define the governance standards for M365 Copilot Agents and autonomous agents built on Azure AI Foundry.

Primary Responsibilities:

Technology Evaluation & Security Architecture

• Emerging Tech Research: Proactively evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and LLM providers to assess their security posture and suitability for a highly regulated investment environment.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas
