As the Control System Engineering for Quality, you will independently assure the product has been developed in accordance with declared processes. You will be familiar with the process, product, and development tools and work closely with program teams. What you will be doing
Control System Engineering - Quality, independently assures that the product has been developed in accordance with the declared processes, and that those processes are effective, understood, maintained and continually improved. Engineering Quality is familiar with the process, product and development tools, and works closely with the program teams. Their purpose is not to find fault, instead they are engaged, proactive, supportive, and contribute to the team's success. You will have product development experience with an interest in process improvement or have supported program delivery through a background in configuration control or quality. Tasks will include independent review of lifecycle data, preparation for and conduct of audits, witnessing key development activities, oversight of suppliers engineering quality, and liaison with civil and military airworthiness.
This will involve:

- Observe tasks in progress, review related documentation, interview review participants, and examine completed work products
- Make detailed notes of areas reviewed and capture objective evidence to support findings
- Constructively identify issues, examples of best practice, and opportunities for improvement
- Review issues with the participants as they arise and record the disposition in the published record

The Injection Molding Process Technician works within a small team of process technicians and mold setters to support production by performing tool changes, startups, and process adjustments on large-tonnage injection molding machines. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, optimizing cycle times, and supporting auxiliary equipment and automation systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform mold changes on Engel and Krauss Maffei injection molding machines ranging from 770 to 3500 tons.
- Start up injection molding machines using established processes.
- Adjust machine parameters to meet quality, performance, and cycle time standards.
- Set up and start robots using existing programs; perform simple robot program changes as required.
- Perform startup and in-process quality checks.

Perform calibration and operation of phased array antennas within a laboratory test‑range environment.
Support testing, validation, and integration activities for phased array antenna systems, RF sensor, and EW systems.
Conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis to evaluate ES/EA system performance and inform design decisions.
Create and execute test plans and procedures, evaluate system functions and interfaces, and verify system requirements in preparation for final system sell-off to the customer.
Support production, system deployment, and post-deployment activities, ensuring product performance and reliability.
Collaborate across hardware and software disciplines to identify and implement solutions to complex system challenges.
Engage in Digital Transformation (DTx) efforts, leveraging methods and enabling technologies such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile product development practices.
Work alongside teams of engineers to support integration and testing efforts, ensuring seamless functionality of system components.
Utilize laboratory equipment, including power supplies, oscilloscopes, and digital voltmeters.
Test event support activity may require travel which is not expected to exceed 20%.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of EW/Radar systems design and requirements engineering experience.
Modeling and simulation for Electronic Warfare (EW) or radar systems.
Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo Enterprise Architecture (SysML specifically), digital thread concepts, digital engineering, MBSE with DevSecOps).
Matlab/Simulink, DOORS, DNG, Cameo, Jira, and Confluence.
