- Execute manufacturing schedules to meet on-time delivery of products while adhering to quality standards and minimizing costs.
- Oversee and manage the external supplier network to meet or exceed performance targets for delivery, quality, and cost.
- Build and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with customers, resolving issues promptly to mitigate impacts on schedules or deliverables.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives across all value streams to improve established metrics.
- Lead process improvement efforts to achieve highly capable processes and world-class yield rates.
- Communicate effectively across the organization, ensuring feedback, updates, and information flow seamlessly between all levels and functions.
- Lead supervisors and production employees, including recruitment, performance management, coaching, training, and compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Proactively identify and escalate issues to senior management that may impact business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a production environment, with at least 5 years in Aerospace Manufacturing management or program management.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team in a production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop operational plans, and link financial outcomes with operational strategies.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement; experience leading operational transformation.
- Demonstrated “solution-minded” thinking skills, direct ownership of situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient organizational, communication, and leadership skills to effectively engage with individuals at all levels and cross-functional groups.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office for data analysis and preparing presentations.

Powder Coat Specialist Responsibilities
- Load parts onto conveyor line and ensure proper preparation for paint/powder coating (tape, plug, bond, etc.).
- Ensure parts are clean and dry before entering the paint/powder coat spray booth.
- Unload parts from the conveyor line and ensure 100% quality of all parts.
- Ensure that all parts are delivered in a manner that prevents damage or defects and with proper paperwork.
- Follow and adhere to the rework policies when handling defective parts from final customer or internal production.

- Supporting EDT’s marketing and business development resources including occasionally participating in client-relations meetings, attending industry conferences, preparing marketing and technical presentations, assisting with the development of marketing materials, preparing industry blogs and white papers, and engaging with other industry professionals;
- Participating in EDT’s mentorship program and supporting the training and development of new engineers in conjunction with the Chief Engineer and assigned Training Coordinator;

The Opportunity
The AI Architect will evaluate and benchmark AI capabilities, define implementation patterns for AI services, and enable MassMutual to make impactful, long-term decisions around AI-enabled business capabilities. This includes developing strategies, reference architectures, roadmaps, and patterns to drive responsible AI Adoption, Research & Development. As an AI Architect, you will be part of MassMutual's team focused on aligning AI technology strategy with business strategy and goals. You will guide the planning and design of AI capabilities to maximize their value in secure and responsible manner, using architecture strategies, blueprints, and roadmaps to standardize technology stacks and enhance AI engineering speed and agility.
The Team
The MassMutual Enterprise Architecture team in the Enterprise Technology and Experience organization is composed of Business, Application, Infrastructure, Data, and Security architecture domains. The team collaborates on enterprise-wide technology initiatives, providing a unique perspective and opportunity to partner with best-in-class architects, technologists and business leaders. The AI Architect will join this team to drive digital innovation and create a competitive advantage for MassMutual.
The Impact:
The AI Architect will play a critical role in designing AI solutions that enhance MassMutual's digital capabilities and customer engagement. This role involves working closely with various domains of Enterprise Architecture (EA), Research & Development, business stakeholders, IT teams, Cyber, Governance and Privacy partners to design and implement AI solutions that align with business outcomes and architectural requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build Enterprise AI Architecture strategy and roadmaps
- Develop AI Reference Architectures and Guidance.
- Update specification and publication of AI Standards and Patterns around AI technology, development, security, privacy and observability.
- Build AI platform architecture and Integration Patterns, stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and integrate them into AI architecture as needed
- Consult on AI capabilities for business and technology platforms and ensure alignment between AI architecture frameworks and standards and overall business strategy
- Evaluate and lead AI architecture deliverables, perform capability assessments, and support technical evaluations for closing gaps
- Actively publish deliverables and utilize multi-media to educate and engage with federated solution architecture community members
- Partner with solution architect to document design decisions and solution architecture
- Partner with technology leaders, business and governance partners to identify AI risks and process issues, then provide enterprise patterns to resolve the issues
- Provide recommendations on problem solving, solution options, risks, cost/benefit analysis, and impact on cross-domain systems, business strategy, goals, and processes
- Partner with extended enterprise architecture, enterprise cyber security, compliance, governance, privacy, business, and IT support teams to communicate and collaborate on architecture strategies, standards, and guidance
- Partner with AI Governance, Security and Privacy team for supporting Secure, Ethical and Responsible use of AI.
- Stay abreast of current and emerging AI threats and design AI architecture to mitigate them. Design capabilities for AI Governance and Observability
- Achieve AI architecture compliance on requirements, including, but not limited to, Colorado AI Act, global data privacy requirements, and state and federal regulations
The Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, system analysis, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of IT design and implementation experience with a minimum of two of the following (or similar) technical disciplines: AI/ML frameworks, AI/ML development and coding environments, cloud platforms, and big data technologies
- 5+ years involvement with solution architecture development and delivery.
- 5+ years of experience developing and interpreting business architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in building solutions on complex cloud-native products, applications, and platforms
- 5+ years of experience in a technology advisory role, experience working directly with any of AI, machine learning technologies, statistical systems, or big data platforms
The Ideal Qualifications:
- Exposure to and involvement in governance and compliance regimes; a good understanding of security and privacy management. Experience working with AI Governance, Privacy requirements like Colorado Artificial Intelligence Act (CAIA).
- Experience supporting agile teams by providing guidance on design, opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt
- Preferred experience designing GenAI solutions, with experience in MLOPS, LLM, Amazon Bedrock, Q, OpenAI, CoPilot Studio, Langchain, Data Foundry, Data Fabric.
- Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders and IT development teams

Information Security Consultant, Security Platforms Engineering, Enterprise Information Systems (EIS)

The Opportunity
Working closely with MassMutual business partners, you'll help design and implement solutions that address unique security challenges, streamline incident response, and automate critical workflows. The role is centered on building and maintaining resilient logging, data pipeline, and SOAR platforms in collaboration with the Security Operations Center and Security Intelligence teams, directly supporting our mission to enhance detection, response, and overall security posture.
The Team
We are looking for fast thinking, eager to learn team players to join the Security Platforms team. When you join the Security Platforms team, you'll be working with a group of people who are passionate about our security, innovation, and the success of our business partners.
The Impact:
This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in advancing our enterprise's centralized logging and SOAR capabilities. You will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing centralized logging tools, data pipeline, and SOAR platforms at scale, ensuring robust visibility and rapid response across the organization. In addition, you will be working with internal customers and key stakeholders such as the Security Operations Center to onboard logs, manipulate data, create playbooks, write scripts, and configure integrations.
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in information technology field
- 1+ years experience with centralized logging, SIEM, and data pipeline
- Weekly on-call duties assigned based on team rotation (currently once every 10 weeks)
The Ideal Qualifications
- Maintaining SIEM and data pipeline platform stability, diagnosing and resolving issues related to the platforms, creating, responding to, and resolving alerts, onboarding and parsing data
- Experience with SOAR platforms
- Working knowledge of Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, Amazon Machine Image (AMI) updates
- Experience with data manipulation and data science
- Expertise with regular expressions
- Hands on experience with or in support of any of the following vendors: Kafka, Sumo Logic, Splunk, Cribl, Crowdstrike, AWS, XSOAR, Torq, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Netskope, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Atlassian, and other applicable products preferred
- Experience with Linux system administration
- Experience with scripting languages, programming in JSON, JavaScript, python, and bash
- Experience with UNIX, Windows Servers, Java
- Knowledge of information security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, data loss protection, vulnerability scanning, Active Directory, and LDAP
- Preferred knowledge of Database Management (MySQL, Sybase, Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL), building queries and developing stored procedures
- Information security solutions development either from an architect or engineering perspective
- Experience troubleshooting inside of a corporate network
- Experience with secure data communications and applications
- Extensive knowledge of current and upcoming IT security technologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and customer service skills
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and ability to problem solve with little to no supervision
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA tickets for customer assistance
