Interface with Engineering, Marketing, Program Management and Procurement teams to develop Server structural cost targets, component and system level cost analysis, Technology Tax, Design to Value and Design to Cost insights

Communicate and maintain Server & Storage structural cost targets from pre-concept to concept phase exit in a variety of working to executive forums

Drive product cost optimization through product development, procurement and product teardown activities and teams

Maintain program cost analysis schedule and deliverables milestone alignment with Concept Engineering and Marketing teams

Job Summary:

Job Description:

  • Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.
  • Work efficiently to service the customers in a timely fashion, prioritizing safety always.
  • Perform automotive maintenance of the engine, transmission, axles, steering and suspension, brakes, electrical, heating/air conditioning, tires, batteries, and spark plugs.
  • Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, inspecting and replacing lights, and replacing wiper blades.
  • Participate in regular on-site and e-learning training, and maintain compliance with Jiffy Lube safety requirements, OSHA, and state regulations.
  • Participate in marketing events and promotions.
  • Keep customer, inventory, and service records and perform inventory stocking.
  • Perform housekeeping/minor building maintenance.
  • Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals.

About the Department

The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at VUMC is nationally recognized for its comprehensive clinical services, innovative research, and exceptional training programs. Our mission is to provide the highest quality patient care, educate the next generation of oral and maxillofacial surgeons, and advance the specialty through groundbreaking research. Clinical expertise spans the full scope of OMFS, including dentoalveolar surgery, orthognathic and craniofacial surgery, TMJ disorders, oral pathology and oncology, implantology and reconstructive surgery, and management of facial trauma. The department’s robust clinical practice includes more than 1,000 operating room cases annually and is supported by a dedicated team of eight clinical faculty.
