Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Outpatient Behavioral Health will provide behavioral health assessment, intervention, and consultation to individuals and/or groups identified as having behavioral health needs; plans treatment modalities, coordinates and follows treatment plans. Job Summary:
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in feature or system ownership within off-highway vehicle platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing system-level requirements and supporting communication architecture using CAN or Ethernet-based networks.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a CNC Manufacturing Engineer with strong CNC programming and setup skills. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between design and production — programming our advanced machines, designing fixturing, and ensuring smooth handoff to operators.

What You’ll Do
- Program and optimize CNC operations for 5-axis, 9-axis, and grinding equipment using CAM software (Mastercam, Siemens NX).
- Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T to achieve accuracy within tight tolerances.
- Design and implement fixturing solutions for complex engine parts.
- Set up CNC machines, configure Fanuc controls, and verify tool paths.
- Partner with operators to troubleshoot and ensure seamless production runs.
- Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle times and boost productivity.
- Maintain setup sheets, programming documentation, and repeatable processes.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate direct customer feedback into new products.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3+ years of CNC programming & setup in a production environment.
- Strong experience with Fanuc controls and multi-axis machining.
- Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam, Siemens NX, Fusion 360) and CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Ability to design and implement custom fixturing.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with camshaft grinding equipment is a plus.

Duties:
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement activities on the production floor.
- Analyze and improve manufacturing methods, workflows, and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement on the production floor.
- Lead initiatives to reduce costs, minimize waste, and drive sustainability efforts.
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Design, develop, and refine tooling, fixtures, and equipment to enhance productivity.
- Pursue and support cost reduction and sustainability initiatives
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and localization projects to streamline production
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.
Qualifications:
- BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or Automation preferred. Degree in Engineering or technical discipline required.
- 1 – 4 years as a manufacturing engineer or similar technical role
- Must have mechanical and electrical aptitude and technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to read and interpret technical documents such as drawings, schematic diagrams, operating instructions and manuals.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing processes.
o Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt a plus, but not required
- Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD for technical drawings and design.
- Strong analytical reasoning, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of automation software, robotic systems, SCADA and/or industrial computer networks, HMI’s, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
