Role Overview

The Client Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) IT organization is seeking an experienced ERP Technical Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of ERP and EPM platform capabilities. This role partners closely with ERP/EPM delivery and implementation teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable product strategies, developing technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals, and ensuring successful execution from concept through launch. Strong stakeholder engagement, executive-level communication, and the ability to evangelize product strategy are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development, enhancement, and delivery of ERP and EPM platform capabilities
• Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics
• Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and resolve issues
• Translate complex business and technical challenges into clear, actionable functional requirements
• Drive ERP/EPM feature launches that deliver enterprise-scale, measurable outcomes
• Partner with business leaders, vendors, Enterprise Architecture, Data, Information Protection, and Centers of Excellence
• Manage prioritization, sizing, and impact assessment for new product capabilities
• Facilitate alignment across product, technology, and business teams to ensure successful rollouts
• Present product strategy and progress to senior leadership and advisory committees
• Ensure high standards of quality, attention to detail, and disciplined execution

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager supporting ERP and EPM platforms
• Healthcare industry experience is required
• Demonstrated success leading ERP/EPM migrations or implementations end-to-end
• Experience leading product development from concept through delivery
• Strong background in defining functional requirements for platform and full-stack engineering teams
• Ability to triage, prioritize, and resolve defects in partnership with engineering teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kronos or Workforce Management (WFM) solutions
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
