JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Operations is responsible for standardizing and executing the end-to-end process for operationalizing all closed sales across Never Alone's diverse service lines. This role owns the seamless transition from sales handoff to full implementation and ongoing operational excellence for both D2C (direct-to-consumer) procedure launches and B2B partnerships with SNF (Skilled Nursing Facilities), AL (Assisted Living), Home Health, and Hospice organizations.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operationalizing Closed Sales
● Own and standardize the process for transitioning all closed sales from the sales team to full operational launch and ongoing management.
● Develop and implement playbooks, workflows, and checklists for both D2C procedure launches and B2B implementations across SNF, AL, Home Health, and Hospice settings.
● Ensure clean handoffs from sales with complete documentation, clear success criteria, timelines, and accountability measures for every new account.
● Coordinate cross-functional teams (implementation, product, compliance, clinical, support) to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
User Adoption & Engagement
● Proactively drive user adoption of the Never Alone SaaS platform across all customer segments, identifying barriers to usage and implementing targeted solutions.
● Conduct regular training sessions, webinars, and on-site visits to ensure customers maximize platform value and achieve their clinical and operational goals.
● Monitor usage metrics and engagement trends, intervening quickly when adoption lags or accounts show signs of disengagement.
● Build relationships with customer champions and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
Operational Reporting & Monthly Success Meetings
● Develop and deliver comprehensive, customized operational reports for B2B customers that demonstrate platform impact, clinical outcomes, utilization trends, and ROI.
● Lead monthly (or as-needed) success meetings with customers, reviewing performance data, addressing challenges, celebrating wins, and aligning on future goals.
● Translate complex usage data and operational metrics into clear, actionable insights that resonate with diverse stakeholders (clinical leaders, administrators, executives).
● Partner with internal teams to continuously improve reporting capabilities, dashboards, and customer-facing analytics tools.
Provider Partner Alignment & Delivery Management
● Work closely with provider partners (physicians, nurses, therapists, care teams) to understand delivery requirements, workflows, and operational realities.
● Ensure alignment between customer expectations, provider capabilities, and Never Alone platform features, resolving gaps or friction points proactively.
● Facilitate communication between customers, providers, and internal teams to optimize service delivery, clinical quality, and operational efficiency.
● Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement
● Build scalable, repeatable processes for onboarding, implementation, reporting, and ongoing account management across all customer types.
● Establish quality assurance processes and KPIs to measure operational performance, customer satisfaction, and time-to-value.
● Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, direct engagement, and monthly meetings to identify trends and inform product roadmap priorities.
● Partner with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure platform enhancements support operational goals.
Customer Retention & Growth
● Proactively monitor customer health indicators and intervene with at-risk accounts before issues escalate.
● Drive retention through ongoing value reinforcement, education, and alignment with evolving customer needs and goals.
● Identify and pursue expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) based on customer maturity, outcomes, and unmet needs, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing.

Experience:

Position Overview
This role supports the Indianapolis Device Assembly and Packaging (IDAP) site, with a focus on safety, quality, and data integrity. The Engineer – Automation (Data Integrity Project & C&Q Lead) is responsible for leading data integrity and MES-to-equipment integration projects and owning all related Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities for device assembly process teams.
This position serves as the primary technical resource for assigned process teams and the main point of contact with the site’s central automation group. The role includes ownership of change management activities, documentation updates, and ensuring C&Q processes are executed in alignment with site data integrity initiatives and project milestones.

Scope:
The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient execution of strategic projects, driving delivery on time, within budget, and on strategy. Position: Sr Project Manager - (PMP Preferred)
Location: hybrid 2-3 days onsite in Indianapolis, IN (Local candidates are given preference)
Duration: 12-24 months / long term contract
I am looking for an Operational Readiness - Sr Project Manager to join the Sterling Engineering team, supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing programs within a GMP-regulated environment.
This role will lead two major projects, each consisting of up to 13 cross-functional workstreams, requiring strong coordination across facilities, utilities, manufacturing equipment, validation, safety, and production operations.
Must have Pharmaceutical, Medical Device industry or FDA - Project Management experience - at least 10 years in the U.S.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Project Management experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments, with demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-workstream programs.

- Facility modifications
- utilities systems (WFI, clean steam, HVAC)
- tank farms
- CIP/SIP systems
- manufacturing equipment installation
- validation activities tied to large capital expansion initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management Certification (PMP or CAPM)
- 10+ years of U.S. Project Management experience in pharma
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Oracle Primavera P6 utilization for project Scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other scientific discipline.

Scope:
The primary focus of the Associate B2B Manager will be to support the Senior B2B Manager and R&D leaders, taking products from concept to production as well as supporting ongoing B2B operations. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Scope:
Maintenance manager for liquid division will be leading all maintenance activities to ensure reliable operation of packaging, blending and CIP systems. The maintenance manager will oversee all aspects of maintenance including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, maintenance and shutdown scheduling, spare parts strategy, equipment reliability, technical training of asset care technicians and equipment re-design.
Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Define propose and monitor the implementation of the company’s maintenance and reliability objectives with key overall objectives of improving overall line efficiency and reducing unplanned downtime associated with breakdowns.
- Responsible for the maintenance/repair of all equipment in the liquid plants.
- Implement work processes and procedures related to maintenance including the management of PM and PdM programs.
- Train, develop and mentor maintenance employees to ensure future growth objectives can be accomplished. Includes troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure maintenance function operates with clear and open communications. Key technical resources for the issue escalation, MOC and project design review processes.
- Promote a continuous improvement culture by developing processes to analyze data to solve reliability problems and reduce unplanned downtime using MTTF, PM frequency, FMEA and implementing reliability initiatives
- Ensure spare parts inventory is optimized and aligned to support operations objectives.
- Protect proprietary technology through approved and certified relationships with third party companies
- Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget.
- Manage all outsourced contractors as needed and all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Engineering
- 10-15 years of progressive and diversified “Maintenance Management” with minimum of 5 years’ experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
- Strong experience in Continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, TPM, maintenance programs, equipment installation, and automation.
- Interpersonal skills and track record of teamwork, leadership, adaptability, coaching, and taking initiatives.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, P&ID, construction drawings, and other related work documents.
- Familiar with maintenance program management, CMMS, GMPs, SOP’s development
- Prior maintenance management experience
- Experience with high-speed packaging equipment required. Aseptic experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong ability to coach, lead teams.
- Possess visual acuity to document company records
