The Partners Alliance has been retained to identify a dynamic and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead casting maintenance operations at a major aluminum manufacturing facility in Lafayette, Indiana.

This position provides strategic leadership and direction for all maintenance resources supporting critical casting equipment and processes. The Maintenance Manager will lead the Casting Maintenance Department within a matrixed organization, driving reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will support global large generator sets Pricelists and factory support. Job Responsibilities

Update EHDs including Pricing Arrangements (PACN), print changes, order audits, and order updates.

Update Technical Construction File (TCF) for marine & Gas products.

Ensure accurate BoMs for all managed pricelists by maintaining EHDs up to date.

Create new pricing arrangements and update existing ones to ensure pricelists drive accurate material lists on orders.

Collaborate with marketing and product definition teams on pricelist updates and help route PLCNs as necessary.

Technical Skills Required

Experience working with power generation and/or power distribution systems.

Hands-on experience with VISMOCKUP and Creo tools.

Experience in Virtual Validation, Virtual Audits, and reviews, VDRA for Pricelist is an added advantage.

This role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of our casting and extrusion processes, ensuring optimal equipment performance and maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of our equipment and processes, using their expertise in Six Sigma methodologies, predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities: 1.

Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance for the metal casting and extrusion processes, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

2.

Implement and manage predictive maintenance programs, using data-driven techniques to anticipate and prevent equipment failures.

3.

Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and improve quality and efficiency.

4.

Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues affecting equipment performance.

5.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the maintenance department, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

6.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and improve overall operational efficiency.

7.

Provide technical leadership and training to maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

8.

Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

2.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role in the metal casting or extrusion industry.

3.

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, with a proven track record of process optimization and continuous improvement.

4.

Strong knowledge of metal casting and extrusion processes and standard practices.

5.

Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing predictive maintenance programs.

6.

Proficient in root cause analysis techniques, with a proven ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

7.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to staff development and training.

8.

Strong budget management skills, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

9.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

10.
