The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager that will provide leadership and direction for successful data center project completion. The Project Manager will provide a keen focus on the quality delivery and profitability of the job by planning, scheduling, and managing the project team while ensuring that the schedule and project goals for the job are met. It is critical that the Project Manager perform this work within the policies, ethical standards and objectives of Hermanson Company.
Project Managers will also be responsible for employee training and development (including their own growth and development), coordination with other departments and group managers to help meet strategic company goals, and for providing world-class customer service and building strong customer trust and relationships.
The successful Project Management candidate will have the technical and working knowledge generally achieved from at least 5 – 10 years of successful experience in the mechanical construction industry in capacities that would provide direct experience and exposure to Project Manager duties.
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $140,000. (The compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience).

5F is searching for a Mechanical Project Manager for its construction team. This role will provide overall management direction for a project or group of projects and will perform additional duties that include procuring equipment and subcontracts, monitoring and accurately projecting job costs, maintaining billing and schedules and providing technical support and leadership to the field. The Role:
The Senior MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. Role Summary
The Superintendent will help plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects. - Ability to apply Lean process and philosophy.
- Demonstrated knowledge of specific trades and scopes of work (Intermediate).
- Demonstrated knowledge of self-perform and labor productivity.
- Ability to manage budgets, maximize profitability and generate future work through building relationships.
- Knowledge of organizational structure and available resources.
- Knowledge of layout skill (Intermediate).
- Knowledge of crane flagging and rigging (Intermediate).
- Ability to understand document changes and impact to the project schedule.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
Experience
- 3+ years construction experience.
- 1+ years field supervision experience.
- Working Environment
- Must be able to lift at least to 50 pounds
- May require periods of travel and/or relocation
- May be exposed to extreme conditions (hot or cold)
- Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs
- Frequent activity: Standing, Walking, Climbing, Bending, Reaching above Shoulder, Pushing, Pulling
- Occasional activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen
