Maintenance Manager
Purpose
We are seeking a hands-on, people-focused Maintenance Manager to lead and strengthen our maintenance operations across our multiple manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, and building reliable systems that keep production running safely and efficiently. You will play a key role in improving equipment uptime, reducing unplanned downtime, and creating a proactive maintenance culture.

What You'll Do
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and a maintenance coordinator, setting clear expectations, routines, and accountability.
* Build, execute, and continuously improve a preventive maintenance program that reduces reactive work and increases equipment reliability.
* Own maintenance planning and scheduling, including work orders, weekly schedules, backlog management, and coordination with Operations to minimize downtime.
* Serve as the owner of the CMMS, ensuring data accuracy and using KPIs such as PM compliance, planned work percentage, downtime trends, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs to drive improvement.
* Lead root cause analysis on major failures and recurring downtime issues, implementing permanent corrective actions.
* Manage spare parts strategy including critical spares, inventory levels, standardization, and vendor relationships.
* Champion maintenance safety by enforcing LOTO, safe work practices, and regulatory compliance.
* Partner with plant leadership, Operations, and Engineering on reliability upgrades, capital projects, and equipment improvements.
* Support automation and robotics initiatives by ensuring maintainability, reliability standards, and strong commissioning practices.
What You Bring
* 7 or more years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience.
* Proven success in reducing downtime & building effective preventive maintenance & planning systems.
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge with the ability to support automation and controls as needed.
* Experience using CMMS to track performance metrics that drive accountability.
* Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing and coaching maintenance teams.

Position Responsibilities:
Work from blueprints, templates, detail drawings, and verbal instructions to perform surface finish/conditioning on coordination holes in milled skins and spars.
Use templates and jigs to properly position parts for subsequent finishing operations, including reaming, countersinking, and cold work.
Scribe tooling locations and reference lines as specified in engineering drawings and specifications.
Diagnose and correct any detected discrepancies in parts and processes.
Check finished parts to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, trammels, probes).
Use hand and power tools, including air motors, reamers, and cold-work guns, to perform finishing duties on machined parts.
Operate ground-controlled handling equipment to load, unload, and move parts within the shop.
Perform rework as required, including filing, scraping, sanding, grinding, and hand finishing to meet gauge tolerances.
Locate points and holes from established reference lines or index points using prints, templates, and work orders.
Perform visual and functional checks on tools and accessories, making necessary adjustments and ensuring they are in good condition.
Access workload using online computer systems and assign work based on priority or Team Leader direction.
Review Work Order (W/O) to determine work requirements and ensure prior operations are complete.
Consult with supervisor/team lead and other sources (e.g., engineering, planning, inspection) to resolve problems.
Call for inspection or use SI&A as required throughout the process, including checking hole sizes and inspecting countersinks.
Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in an approved manner while maintaining personal and tool certifications, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:
Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.

Inspect and maintain building runway rails and expansion joints.
Maintain mechanical crane and hoist systems including cables, chain, sheaves and hooks.
Perform the operational tests and load tests of cranes and bridges as required by Engineering, SHEA and other applicable codes and regulations.
Maintain logs, charts, and perform written and verbal tie-in records.
Prepare reports and schedules as required.
Work with and assist employees of other classifications as required.
Perform work in other classifications when incidental but necessary to the accomplishment of the assignment.

Position Responsibilities:
Perform all functions related to tool fabrication, rework, and repair as required.
Obtain work orders from the team leader or supervisor, determining assignments based on schedule dates and tool availability.

The Boeing Commercial Airplanes Liaison Engineering Organization is seeking Consultant (Level 5) Liaison Engineers to support operations in Everett, Seattle, Auburn, and or Renton Washington . We are looking for a proactive individual who can make prompt engineering decisions and who want to go beyond their desk and into the factory for hands on engineering.
This position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills as the candidate will be partnering closely with production personnel. The candidate will be the engineering representative on the factory floor transforming design into reality.
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyzes, conducts root cause analysis and develops dispositions for production non-conformances.
- Applies knowledge of Boeing design principles to assess and resolve product/process issues through the product lifecycle.

If you are detail-oriented, possess strong technical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply and be a part of our mission to deliver excellence in aviation.Position Responsibilities:Verify kitted parts and assemblies against Work Orders (W/O) and Bills of Material (BOM) to ensure accuracy and quality.Obtain necessary engineering drawings for assigned jobs if not included with the order.Initiate planning or engineering change requests for pre-planned jobs as required.Set up assembly tools according to instructions and ensure correct locators for model configurations.Hand fit parts using jigs and tools to ensure proper alignment and fit.Prepare detail parts by trimming, sanding, and deburring as necessary to meet specifications.Deliver completed details to the appropriate work area for further processing.Select and utilize appropriate drills, reamers, and countersinking tools for hole preparation.Drill and ream holes in parts and assemblies according to drawing specifications.Apply sealants, primers, and adhesives as required by work orders and specifications.Handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely, following approved procedures.Obtain the correct type and size of fasteners from the roto-bin per specifications.Report job handicaps, such as errors in sequencing, parts, materials, and fabrication procedures.Measure and cut tubing to close tolerances, and swage tubing as necessary.Conduct in-process checks to ensure compliance with quality requirements and specifications and seek assistance from the team leader when needed.Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.Work in environments that may involve contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.Operate in proximity to moving parts and tools, sharp cutters, and potential slipping hazards.Adapt to varying noise levels and atmospheric conditions.Utilize personal safety gear to protect face/eyes, hands/arms, and feet while performing job duties.This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
