What You Will Do
- Sets up and operates conventional and CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) machines on proved-in complex precision production parts that are produced from materials varying from standard to exotic.
- Must maintain quality of set ups using skills that require a comprehensive knowledge of tools, tool geometry, feeds, speeds, and blueprint/ planning.
- Utilizing project and SIE (Standard Inspection Equipment) to ensure quality assurance while performing machining operations.
- Performs the removal of burrs and sharp edges on any metallic and nonmetallic fabricated parts.
- Must maintain acceptable finishes and hold part tolerances as specified by blueprint/planning requirements using a variety of manual and power equipment.
- Sets up and operates a variety of rotary, vibrating and tumbling equipment, along with grit blasting.
- Sets up and operates all relevant material prep equipment and accessories utilizing proper speeds and feeds to perform necessary shearing and cutting.
- Unit requires working with and using any available magnification or visual enhancement equipment (i.e. Standard microscopes, eye loops, optic visors) on a variety of small parts.
Qualifications You Must Have
- High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED).
- Two years recent experience within the last 4 years operating CNC and conventional machines.
- Works from verbal and written operation instructions such as, work orders, CNC data sheets, and blueprints.
- Ability to use inspection equipment, such as micrometers, dial calipers, thread gauges, plug gauges, and air gauges.
- Performs necessary machine and tooling offset changes to maintain setup.
- Evaluates tool wear and changes tools such as mills, inserts, drills, and reamers.
- Must be able to make minor edits to the CNC program such as tool stations and spindle direction.
- Must be able to work any designated shift to include overnight.
- Must pass practical test within 90 days of hiring into this position.
- The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.
Or ALL of the following:
- Machine Tool Technology-Certificate: For (Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist Concentration).
- Have completed the above Certificate Program with a minimum of a 3.5 grade point average.

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Plant Director is responsible for the overall planning and execution of plant-wide operations including manufacturing productivity and efficiencies, budgeting and financial performance, quality and safety systems, food safety initiatives, warehousing and distribution, sales support, and regulatory compliance. Leading through a team of leaders and individual contributors, the Plant Director II establishes, communicates, and drives the implementation of production related goals by maintaining a culture that is aligned with ePac’s core values including our “ePac Why”. This position is also responsible for oversight of building design, equipment install and maintenance, hiring, support/training and managing of the ongoing manufacturing facility. The position ensures increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials and machines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned plant location, including all functions of facility and operations, including pre-production activities such as production planning.
- Monthly/weekly reporting to ePac Holdings on deliverables.
- Develops and manages ePac quarterly management deck.
- Establishes and adheres to key performance indicators (KPIs) set forth by VPO and COO and report on KPIs, budgets and operational metrics to the executive team
- Manages the training of all personnel to understand and practice food safety requirements.
- Manages quality assurance.
- Hires, trains, develops employees in the areas of production management, quality control, and plant leadership and ensures performance monitoring systems are being met.
- Manages policy deployment in the areas of lean manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls and plant performance measures.
- Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training and development.
- Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate fast improvements and improved working relationships.
- Manages material requirements to increase inventory turns and reduce levels on hand.
- Ensures compliance standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and complete and on-time delivery at the lowest possible cost.
- Determines operations headcount needs and ensures compliance with company policies.
- Identifies, communicates and drives implementation of capital investments and improvement projects.

Job Summary:
The Senior Electrical Designer, EIT or PE, will lead and manage the design of complex electrical systems for industrial projects. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical principles, advanced design techniques, and the ability to oversee and mentor a team of junior designers. The Electrical Designer will work closely with electrical engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality electrical designs that meet project objectives, comply with industry standards, and ensure the safety and efficiency of systems.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and modification of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, low voltage systems, fire alarm, and control systems.
- Create and review detailed electrical schematics, layouts, one-line diagrams, and wiring diagrams, using advanced CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Perform in-depth electrical calculations and analysis to ensure proper sizing of electrical systems, including load calculations, voltage drops, and short circuit studies.
- Ensure all designs meet relevant building codes, national and international electrical standards (NEC, IEC, etc.), and safety regulations.
- Lead project coordination and collaborate with electrical engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to align designs with project specifications and timelines.
- Review and approve electrical design documents and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and electrical design teams, providing technical expertise, feedback, and training.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor project progress, and assist with commissioning and troubleshooting during installation and construction phases.
- Oversee the preparation of project documentation, technical reports, and submittals for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Provide leadership in project meetings, presenting technical information to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience in electrical design, with a strong background in both technical design and project management.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is in the process of being obtained.
- Proficiency in advanced CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), as well as electrical design tools such as SKM Power Tools, ETAP, or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC, etc.), industry standards, and building codes.

- Extensive experience in performing electrical load calculations, fault current analysis, voltage drop calculations, and other system analysis tasks.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple deadlines, and mentor junior team members.

- Performs the set up and prove-in of complex precision production hardware and potential pre-production engineering hardware with the UPMF (Ultra Precision Machine Fabrication).
- Produce products out of materials ranging from standard to exotic utilizing all types of CNC (computer numerically controlled) and conventional machines.
- Determines the functional adequacy and efficiency of machines and tooling to fabricate parts to defined specifications.
- Troubleshoots programs, tooling, and machines.
- Applies a comprehensive knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and the applicable use of SIE (Standard Inspection Equipment) to maintain integrity of conformance to part tolerances during fabrication.

- Experience operating a variety of CNC machinery, both mills and lathes performing production setups and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and its application to blueprint reading.
- Must have experience using inspection equipment to include ID/OD micrometers, dial calipers, indicators, mobile inspection station, thread gauges, plug gauges, air gauges, and optical comparator.
- Must pass qualifying and/or practical test.

The Lead Project Superintendent will be responsible for building projects like schools, municipal, and commercial buildings.
Additionally, provide overall administrative and technical direction for a project and ensure the project is constructed safely in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, schedule and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. This position will work with a Project Manager and report to a General Superintendent.
· Responsible for the administration of the Project Safety Program and for the safe execution of all activities, with strict adherence to company safety policies and programs to include instituting corrective measures as needed to obtain the required results.
· Ensure all project permits are in place and monitor permit compliance with documentation.
· Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
· Maintain a good knowledge of the contract specifications, documents and the scope of work, including subcontracts and purchase orders.
· Responsible for the oversight and management of all administrative functions and reporting.
· Responsible for the oversight and management of all technical/engineering functions. (i.e. planning, means and methods, scheduling, submittals, transmittals, shop drawings, critical lift plans, etc.) as required.

Job Summary
The Power Quality Technician, Level III is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the quality of electrical power in commercial and industrial environments. This technician ensures that electrical systems operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues such as voltage fluctuations, harmonic distortion, transients, and power surges that can compromise the performance or lifespan of electrical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform primary injection, insulation, and contact resistance on low voltage circuit breakers. Adjust circuit breaker settings based on customer needs.
- Troubleshoot air leaks in equipment and facilities.
- Conduct infrared thermography inspections on electrical equipment.
- Detect partial discharge on live electrical equipment.
- Conduct electrical load studies for customers for them to accurately track power usage.
- Install power monitors to find electrical mishaps or power quality issues.
- Perform panel assessment to map circuits for potential shutdowns.

Analytical and Critical Thinking:
- Input data into estimating systems.
- Generates initial labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor budget estimates for new projects including estimate refinements.

- Compare budget costs to previous internal pricing information, analyze quantities and all scope items assist in value engineering.

- Perform various estimates and process take-offs including manual and/or digitized material quantity take-offs.

- Develop detailed material take-offs, bills of materials, collect material, and subcontract quotes and itemize labor person-hour estimates.
- Collaborate with Director of Construction Services and other leaders on which opportunities to pursue after assessing project risk.
- Review and use independent judgement on what are not apparent from project documentation and make efforts to estimate those potential scopes of work.
- Assist in the development of alternate proposals such as unit price, fixed fee, and time and material formats.
- Read/analyze/interpret/understand construction drawings & specifications.
Proposal Development & Management:
- Coordinate proposals from scope definition through final costing and submittal
- Assist in preparation of proposal.
- Maintain a list of clarifications, assumptions, and qualifications identified as risks and discrepancies are detected during development of proposals.
- Accurately summarize and file all materials and labor estimates required per departmental standards and protocols; include any other information relevant to substantiating the pricing estimate.
- Ensure the most cost effective and innovative utilization of materials, fabrication, subcontractors, and equipment for each proposal.
- Participate in formal bid reviews and project team meetings to represent the estimate and to support the estimate.
- Compliance and Data Management
- Delegates tasks to various members of the Proposal Team
- Review proposals to ensure consistency with company estimating policies, practices, and standards.
- Organize the material quantity take-off process to conform to the bid breakdown forms and submittals that are required.
- Process and manage substantial number of documents and data, organized to allow recall of work breakdowns, sketches, and other information to substantiate the pricing estimate.
- Ensure that estimates, take-offs, etc. are in conformance with established estimating standards and processes.
- Develop and maintain a database of cost comparison for various attractions and non-attraction facilities.
- Creates “value engineering” components with the project team to mitigate cost overruns.
- Research market conditions for cost trends and local means and methods.
- Compile overall project summaries on cost at the conclusion of the project.
- Completes quantity takeoffs and summations of materials.

What You’ll Do
As a Construction Project Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in keeping projects organized, efficient, and running smoothly from kickoff to closeout. You’ll support both office and field teams to ensure projects are built safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones
- Communicate with architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Technical & Engineering Support
- Prepare submittals, RFIs, and maintain document logs
- Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with estimates
- Provide design clarifications and technical support to field teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes and engineering standards
Construction Administration
- Track material procurement and delivery
- Maintain documentation (meeting minutes, change orders, daily logs)
- Assist with weekly and monthly progress reporting
Quality & Safety
- Support quality control inspections
- Participate in jobsite safety planning and enforcement
- Conduct site walks to identify risks and monitor progress
Financial Support
- Assist in evaluating change order requests and scope clarifications
What You Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- OR 5 years of relevant experience
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project support (internships count!)
- Commercial or industrial construction experience is a plus
Skills
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and project management fundamentals
- Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk, MS Project
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions

Must Have:
- 7+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project management.
- 5+ years in CPM scheduling theory and tools like Primavera P6. They understand the backend of P6.
- 5,000 Lines of activity (Scheduling)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logic, and production rates.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and engineering documents.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and planning.
- Experience in Pre-construction through close out.
- Has managed teams of at least 3 people or more.

Day to Day:
- Creating and maintaining detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.

- Supporting project phasing, change order analysis, and forensic schedule reviews.
- Leading pull planning sessions and helping teams align on milestones and deliverables.
- Providing training and mentorship to project teams on scheduling best practices.
- Traveling to job sites as needed to support on-the-ground coordination and updates.
- Will be working on 4-6 projects at a time
