Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to serve as the primary escalation point for issues related to the rollout and stabilization of a Push-to-Talk (PTT) voice application on MPOS devices across a distributed retail environment.

This role is critical to ensuring voice reliability and operational continuity at the store level. The ideal candidate brings deep troubleshooting expertise across Aruba wireless, Juniper switching, and Palo Alto CloudGenix SD-WAN platforms, along with strong knowledge of real-time and voice protocols.

This individual will represent the Network Engineering team while collaborating closely with retail deployment partners and cross-functional teams. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, structured troubleshooting methodology, clear communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Escalation & Troubleshooting Leadership

· Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for retail store voice and wireless performance issues.

· Lead troubleshooting efforts across wireless, switching, and SD-WAN layers.

· Analyze end-to-end traffic flow from MPOS(Mobile Point of Sale) devices through store LAN and WAN infrastructure.

· Identify root cause across multi-platform environments and drive resolution.

· Lead troubleshooting bridges when store operations are impacted.

Voice & Real-Time Application Support

· Troubleshoot voice-over-WiFi performance issues including latency, jitter, and packet loss.

· Analyze and validate QoS behavior across LAN and SD-WAN environments.

· Understand and troubleshoot real-time protocols such as SIP and RTP.

· Ensure traffic prioritization and path selection align with voice application requirements.

Wireless Engineering (Aruba Environment)

· Perform advanced troubleshooting of enterprise wireless environments.

· Analyze RF performance, roaming behavior, channel utilization, and interference.

· Utilize Ekahau for wireless surveys, heatmap analysis, and post-deployment validation.

· Interpret survey results and recommend configuration or placement adjustments to support voice stability.

· Validate and optimize wireless configurations to support real-time voice traffic.

Switching & SD-WAN

· Troubleshoot Juniper switching environments including VLANs, VRFs, IRB/SVI configurations, and routing.

· Diagnose SD-WAN path selection, traffic steering, and policy behavior within Palo Alto CloudGenix.

· Identify and correct deviations from standard configurations.

· Review and modify network configurations with appropriate peer review and documentation.

Monitoring & Observability

· Leverage tools such as SolarWinds, Juniper Mist, and Aruba Airwave to support troubleshooting and proactive monitoring.

· Correlate telemetry data across platforms to isolate performance issues.

· Identify recurring patterns and drive systemic improvements.

Documentation & Process Improvement

· Document required configuration changes and troubleshooting findings.

· Develop repeatable troubleshooting workflows and operational standards.

· Create and maintain knowledge base documentation.

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.

· Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, and enterprise routing concepts.

· Experience with BGP and OSPF fundamentals.

· Advanced troubleshooting experience in Aruba wireless environments.

· Hands-on experience with Ekahau for wireless surveys and validation.

· Experience supporting or troubleshooting voice-over-WiFi or real-time traffic applications.

· Experience with Juniper switching platforms.

· Experience with Palo Alto CloudGenix SD-WAN (or comparable SD-WAN platforms).

Job Title: Facilities/Space Planner: II (Intermediate)

Location: Brentwood, TN

Contract duration: 6 month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Job Summary

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Program Coordinator to start ASAP for a 6-month contract with the option to extend up to one year and potential for future hire. This role is preferably onsite. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of facility or building maintenance experience, preferably within a multi-unit retail environment, along with strong technical knowledge of building systems and industry trends, proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, the ability to manage a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment, and availability to travel as needed.

Day to Day:

This position is responsible for managing the resolution of facility related repair and maintenance issues associated with owned or leased premises and to continuously deliver a safe, secure and comfortable environment for our customers and team members.

1. Manage repair and maintenance program for all stores in your respective territory. (40%)

2. Manage Landlord Maintenance issues, including any dispute resolution necessary to get Landlords to make repairs as required under the the lease. (10%)

3. Analyze root cause of reported facility issue, establish scope of work and required specifications, engage vendors, control bid process and recommend approval of related expense to coordinate the resolution of the repair. (10%)

4. Verify invoices for accuracy, performance of contracted repairs, warranty adherence, appropriate accounting codes, required signatures and accurate data entry to ensure appropriate payment by organization. (5%)

5. Collect, compile and record all email, phone and mailed documentation to maintain complete electronic archive and hard copy history of store repairs including initial requests, quotes, contracts, required approvals, warranties, completion results and invoices. (15%)

6. Direct, review and communicate with appropriate Store Team Members, Field Personnel, internal departments and interact with all corporate levels to provide customer service and support to ensure satisfactory completion of repair and maintenance issues and accurate appropriation of related expenses. (10%)

7. Verify competitive pricing across a wide range of service industries to ensure cost saving and value engineering through research and experience such as but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, asphalt, concrete, flooring, roofing and general facility components. (5%)

8. Develop and expand vendor network to improve performance and reduce cost. (5%)

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility or building maintenance (preferably in a multiple unit retail environment) to include technical knowledge and industry trends.

High school education required. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Proven problem resolution and decision making ability

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

What you'll get to do...

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Promote meticulous experimentation, including the development of simulation environments and robust evaluation frameworks using machine learning and RL
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment across the Applied ML team and broader organization

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas

You might also have...

• Master's in computer science or equivalent quantitative fields
