DOCSI is seeking a talented, driven software engineer to join our engineering team. We need a passionate and creative mind to help us continue building our cutting edge surgical waste elimination platform. The person who accepts this role will not only work closely with our Director of Engineering, but they will also benefit from full exposure to the inner workings and decision making challenges of an early stage startup. Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working as a software engineer or similar role
- Experience in web development with one or more of the following languages/frameworks: PHP, React, Python, Java
- Expertise working with relational database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Demonstrable experience leading technical projects from start to finish (with or without assistance from other team members)
- An understanding of building systems to scale with large, often inconsistent data imports

Responsibilities: As a Permanent Press Operator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1.
Operating and maintaining permanent press machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Monitoring the production process to identify and rectify any technical faults or problems.
3.
Adjusting machine settings to optimize production efficiency and quality.
4.
Ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
5.
Conducting regular inspections and routine maintenance to prevent machine breakdowns and malfunctions.
6.
Collaborating with the engineering team to implement new production techniques and improve operational efficiency.
7.
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
8.
Documenting and reporting any issues, malfunctions or defective parts to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Press Operator position, you must possess the following qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a press operator in the engineering industry or a similar role.
2.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining permanent press machinery.
3.
Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues.
4.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on product quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.

You will be expected to oversee all aspects of the project, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities: 1.
Manage and oversee all aspects of structural steel construction projects, from initial planning to completion.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scope, timeline, cost estimation, and risk management strategies.
3.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met and any issues are swiftly resolved.
4.
Review and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to ensure project specifications are accurately implemented.
5.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, budget updates, and any changes in project scope.
6.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including AIA and PE.
7.
Manage project budget, including monitoring expenditures and cost forecasting.

Collaborate with the bidding team to prepare and submit project bids.

Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.

Strong understanding of budgeting and cost estimation techniques.
5.
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
6.
Knowledge of AIA and PE regulations and standards.
7.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
9.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is preferred.
10.
Must have at least 5+ years of experience in project management, budgeting, and civil engineering.
