Job Details What You’ll Be Doing Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and receiving inspections Interpret and inspect against engineering drawings (AS standards) Use precision measurement tools including: •Calipers •Optical comparators •Height gauges •Indicators and other high-precision hand tools Complete first cycle and final inspections Conduct first article inspections as you progress Document inspection results within an ERP system (training provided) Support quality reporting and ensure inspection completeness Communicate findings clearly with the quality and production teams Participate in an in-person measurement and inspection assessment What We’re Looking For 1–2+ years of Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment •1 year of experience may be considered if inspection test score is 75% or higher Strong blueprint reading skills Solid understanding of dimensional inspection (diameter, length, tolerances) Comfortable using precision measuring tools Basic computer skills and willingness to learn ERP systems Strong attention to detail and consistency Spanish is a plus, but not required Interested in hearing more?
