This is a hands-on, operational role focused on ensuring reliable material availability, strong supplier partnerships, and cost-effective procurement practices that support production continuity.

The successful candidate will be a structured and proactive professional, comfortable managing purchasing workflows, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring inventory, and collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.


Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Material Management

  • Manage daily purchasing activities, including PO creation, confirmations, follow-up, and delivery tracking
  • Ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and indirect supplies
  • Maintain accurate ERP data (pricing, lead times, MOQ, supplier details)
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Production Planning to avoid shortages or excess stock

Supplier Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities as needed
  • Monitor supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness)
  • Support resolution of supply disruptions and quality issues

Cost Control & Negotiation

  • Identify and support cost-reduction initiatives through negotiation and improved purchasing terms
  • Monitor price developments, market trends, and BOM cost impacts
  • Track and report Purchase Price Variance (PPV)

Process, Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain purchasing records, contracts, certifications, quotations, and supplier files
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and purchasing guidelines
  • Support implementation of Kanban or vendor-managed inventory solutions where applicable

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support Engineering during NPI activities and RFQ/RFP processes
  • Work closely with Operations to manage demand variability and supply continuity
  • Partner with Finance on invoice discrepancies and supplier payment alignment
  • Coordinate with Quality on supplier evaluations and corrective actions

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report key procurement KPIs (OTD, inventory levels, MOQ adherence, PPV)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on lead time reduction and supply stability
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Operations on risks, shortages, and supplier performance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and inventory management
  • Proven negotiation skills and working knowledge of contracts and commercial terms
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ERP experience required (Sage 500 is a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Overview
The Machinist will operate CNC lathes and mills in support of machining and other manufacturing process operations.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Responsibilities
  • Machine operation involves loading and tending runs of parts, or performing one-step operations on individual parts
  • Positions and secures tools in holding device, machine tables, chuck, centers, and fixtures
  • Verifies conformance of machined work piece to specifications
  • Reads blueprints, job orders, tooling instructions, and standard charts for such specifications as dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions
  • Understand and perform to all quality regulations, standards and policies, including but not limited to ISO 9001:2015 and AAR M-1003. Follow work procedures and ensure highest level of quality
  • Indexes turret and adjusts positions of tools at each station in relation to work piece to assure clearance between moving parts and machining of specified dimensions and tolerances
  • Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required
  • Pressure test parts according to drawing or work procedure.
  • Performs housekeeping duties including 5S, coolant replacement, and TPM
  • Must be able to perform simple inspection using calipers, micrometers, and other miscellaneous gages

Overview:
The Production Supervisor leads day-to-day shop floor execution to ensure safe, high-quality and efficient operations that meet productivity targets and on-time delivery commitments. Primary Responsibilities

  • Participate with the Project Principal, Managing Director – Retail, and Director of Construction on the site plan, budget model, and schedule for potential new developments.
  • Assist with site investigations documenting pre-construction conditions.
  • Identify any potential issues that may incur additional project costs to overcome (e.g., grading, storm water quality or quantity control, wetlands, floodplains, easements, access, utilities, entitlements).
  • Maintain critical dates, schedule, and document management to track the due diligence/inspection process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
