Job Summary:
- This role will be responsible for coordinating team activities and supporting the Project Managers (PMs). With minimal supervision, the candidate will perform the role of scheduler and/or commodity tracker for major projects. They will support the development and analysis of a wide range of scope of work types, especially complex schedules using the assigned system. The candidate must be self-motivated, an excellent communicator, and a team-focused individual able to demonstrate competency in scheduling techniques and analyses on all scope of work aspects. Additional duties include schedule maintenance, collecting progress data, developing and implementing scope of work schedule/status reports, and providing consistent, accurate information to the senior management team. Essential Job Functions:
- Define activities, durations, work sequences, and relationship logic to develop and implement the scope of work plan and develop milestones to represent key decisions and deliverables during execution.
- Ensure all logic and activities support the level of detail required by the customer and meet internal department standards and guidance. Ensure all scope and deliverables are accounted for.
- Develop fully integrated outage schedules (including resource loading and leveling) for complex and intermediate scope of work execution teams, including detailed system schedules that utilize critical path methodology based on work scope from the work packages and planners' work list.
- Mentor and assist junior schedulers in organizing schedule review meetings with all stakeholders and incorporating appropriate details.
- Ensure clear minutes and action items, as required. Engage the team and stakeholders to create schedules and provide schedule analysis updates to the team, alerting them to schedule risks and issues that could delay milestones.
- Communicate schedule status to project stakeholders. Direct and guide the administration of the AEP project management organizational standards and assist in the management of projects to those standards.
- Adhere to the guidance and standards put forth by the AEP Project Management Governance Committee. Work with the Administrator to assign security, profiles, and roles for new users. Diagnose and resolve issues with scope of work schedules.
- Mentor and train junior-level schedulers on the following: preparing and analyzing metric reports; preparing and analyzing schedule risk; developing what-if schedules to address various scenarios and options as necessary; crashing scope of work schedule durations; following processes and handbook procedures; and all aspects of scheduling within the assigned systems and software.

As a Printhead Technician, you will focus on printhead operational performance improvement for Kodak Prosper S-Series, Prosper press and Ultra Stream customers. Work will include analyzing customer data, visiting customer sites to investigate current conditions, and developing and implementing customized improvement plans. The Printhead Technician will coordinate with customer management, operators and Kodak field service to ensure equipment and processes are at optimum conditions to promote the reliability of Kodak printheads and writing systems. Close interaction with other engineering disciplines is required due to the complex printing system consisting of fluid mechanics, electronics, software and materials. The Printhead Technician will have direct contact and develop vital working relationships with current customers, field service engineers, Sustaining engineers/technicians and Manufacturing operations. Additional duties include but are not limited to failure analysis of returned jetting modules, developing and delivering training materials, supporting ink jet integration on Prosper and Ultra Stream presses and generating trip reports to be shared with Kodak and customer management. • Provide Feedback and Assistance to Kodak Engineering and Manufacturing. Perform failure analysis on printheads returned from customers and work with internal Kodak departments to recommend process, software or design improvements.

· Validate, establish, and maintain accurate production part times (routing/operation standards) to support scheduling and capacity planning.

· Partner with Scheduling/Production to resolve time standard issues that impact promise dates, bottlenecks, and throughput.

Quality Engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support aerospace precision machining operations. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet strict aerospace quality standards, driving root cause analysis, leading corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in tight-tolerance machining environments and strong familiarity with aerospace quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary quality liaison between customers and internal production teams
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards including AS9100 and NADCAP
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Review and approve First Article Inspection (FAI) packages
- Support PPAP submissions and new product introduction (NPI) requirements
- Investigate nonconforming material and participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities
- Issue and track Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs/VCARs)
- Perform internal audits and workstation process audits
- Analyze quality data and trends to reduce scrap and improve process capability
- Review engineering drawings and GD&T requirements to ensure manufacturability and compliance
- Develop inspection plans, quality alerts, and standard work documentation
- Support customer audits and regulatory audits
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership to improve quality and productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 2+ years of experience in a precision machining or aerospace manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of:
- GD&T interpretation
- Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5-Why, etc.)
- PFMEA and Control Plans
- Capability Studies and Gage R&R
- Experience working under AS9100 quality systems required
- NADCAP experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and mechanical drawings
- Ability to analyze statistical data and apply problem-solving techniques
- Must meet U.S. person requirements under ITAR
