Your responsibilities

• Support design engineers with development activities, including component evaluation, prototype assembly, and product verification testing.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Lead Automotive Account Manager - West Coast, the SOCAL Automotive Sales Engineer is responsible for maintaining current customer relationships and identifying areas for potential growth with established and new customers in the electric vehicle market. The primary role will be serving as the key account manager for a major electric vehicle company with responsibility for several smaller accounts. The role is responsible for being the main point of contact for communication regarding product selections and opportunity generation. This position is based primarily in the SOCAL area, with travel to the West Coast region as required. This individual will work with a cross-functional team, including sales, project management, product management, and engineering, to achieve success. Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the Design Engineer is responsible for the support of new and existing products. This support may include, but is not limited to, product development, prototype generation, laboratory testing and problem solving, from concept to production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
