Duties:
- Lead the transition from VCF 5 to VCF 9 across 30+ diverse environments
- Develop \"push-button\" automation for deployment and migration tasks to eliminate repetitive manual effort and ensure consistency across the fleet
- Move beyond hardware maintenance to focus on the platform and automation layer, ensuring high availability in mobile data center environments
- Act with the \"heart of a teacher\" documenting every process thoroughly and mentoring team members to ensure the entire group levels up together
- Work within a dedicated project team, shielded from the standard operations queue and on-call rotations, to maintain 100% focus on migration milestones
