Supply Chain Business Manager / Contract, 1-year, extendable, W2 only / Tualatin, OR, Hybrid (3 days per week onsite), candidates must be local
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required materials purchases.
- Obtain materials using engineering and production schedules to maintain inventory at planned levels (i.e., Just in Time purchases, use of EOQ - Economic Order Quantities).

As a Supply Chain Business Manager, you will help drive delivery and supplier operational excellence within a global supply chain. This role supports plating on both Red metals and Aluminum substrates, including but not limited to terminal pins, contacts, and precision connector components.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Plating Manufacturing Engineer provides technical ownership and process expertise for the following plating layers and process sequences including Zincate(aluminum pre-treatment), Copper, Nickel, Tin, Tin-Copper (SnCu), Gold and Silver.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE
- Four-year college degree in an appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent required.
- 5-7 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing procedures and processes.
- Familiarity with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Execute overhead distribution and make-ready design work orders while meeting quality, time, and budget expectations
• Apply established engineering design standards, NESC requirements, and internal processes
• Perform end-to-end make-ready, joint-use, and/or general distribution design
• Conduct permitting and easement research (pole ownership, ROW, property rights, approvals)
• Collaborate with team members to resolve design challenges and ensure accurate deliverables
• Use design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, DDS, PoleForeman, O-Calc, Katapult, or client systems
• Perform quality control reviews when required
• Support additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in engineering, drafting, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in make-ready engineering, joint-use design, or electric power distribution design (3+ years strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in utility pole design, including NESC application, clearance analysis, pole loading concepts, and preparation of construction-ready design packages
• Proficiency with CAD or MicroStation; experience with DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, or similar utility design platforms is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of power distribution construction practices, with the ability to learn utility-specific proprietary systems efficiently
• Must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain active auto insurance, and pass all required background, drug, and MVR screenings

• Willingness to travel occasionally, including minimal overnight travel when project needs require
• Ability to work a standard Monday–Friday schedule aligned to Eastern Time, with Central/Mountain/Pacific adjustments as appropriate

Title: Machine Learning Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA
Responsibilities:
- Productize and optimize models from Research into reliable, performant, and cost-efficient services with clear SLOs (latency, availability, cost).
- Scale training across nodes/GPUs (DDP/FSDP/ZeRO, pipeline/tensor parallelism) and own throughput/time-to-train using profiling and optimization.
- Implement model-efficiency techniques (quantization, distillation, pruning, KV-cache, Flash Attention) for training and inference without materially degrading quality.
- Build and maintain model-serving systems (vLLM/Triton/TGI/ONNX/TensorRT/AITemplate) with batching, streaming, caching, and memory management.
- Integrate with vector/feature stores and data pipelines (FAISS/Milvus/Pinecone/pgvector; Parquet/Delta) as needed for production.
