This role will support the Engineering team with supplier research, vendor outreach, contract tracking, purchase order processing, and record keeping.
About the Role
The Procurement Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Engineering team and ensuring the efficient procurement of materials and services.
Responsibilities
- Support supplier research and selection by identifying potential vendors and evaluating their alignment with quality and reliability standards
- Assist in managing supplier contracts, tracking key dates, monitoring compliance, and helping to resolve issues as needed
- Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring they align with budget requirements and departmental needs
- Maintain organized records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and correspondence
- Coordinate closely with engineering, R&D, and finance teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Brief Description
This position is responsible for coordinating and expediting material/work order flow through the service center facility. Requires focus on custom made engineered components, assemblies and rebuilds. Maintains system data and develops daily/weekly production schedules in conjunction with sales, engineering, warehouse and purchasing departments. Creates and maintains bills of materials, routings, generates work center schedules and other reports as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create & maintain manufacturing routings using engineering drawings and other tools
- Coordinates and implements maintenance of Material Master
- Enter, release and close manufacturing direct and indirect production orders
- Maintain and distribute Preventive Maintenance and Tool Calibration schedules to the shop
- Cross check engineering releases for accuracy to ensure that the latest revision levels of drawings are distributed to the shop
- Field questions regarding order status for Sales/Customer Service
- Create and manage daily production schedules for the facility to meet customer delivery dates (required knowledge of scheduled demands)
- Monitor shipping and on-time performance while working with manufacturing to address shortfalls
- Develop and implement process improvements with Production, Engineering, Warehouse and Customer Service on a daily basis to ensure accurate planning, scheduling and shipping
- Create and maintain daily and monthly reports as needed
- Expedited parts within the production environment
- Maintain and query information in SAP
- Help troubleshoot manufacturing and operational problems as they arise
- Review customer specifications and work with sales and customer personnel to help insure we meet customers’ requirements
- Prepare vendor drawing packets for RFQ's
- Participate in developing manufacturing and repair requirements for each specific job as required
- Working with existing engineering standards, ensures that specific procedures and the associated QA requirements are included in all production orders to manufacturing
- Help develop repair and manufacturing standards not yet established
- Assist as needed in providing cost estimates.
- Liaison between manufacturing and engineering for all technical issues.
The person in this role will report to the Service Center Engineer. Key interaction will be with manufacturing and repair personnel at the facility, aftermarket sales personnel, customers and engineering. The candidate will need to be self-motivated and able to handle / coordinate a heavy workload. Needs to be able to prioritize workload while assessing the value of each job/task at hand.
Travel is required on occasion but is estimated at less than 10% with occasional visits to key suppliers, customers, engineering offices, and other company facilities.
The role of this position is to provide technical expertise for the facility. Success is measured by accurate operation estimates and schedules resulting in a even flow of production orders through all departments in the shop.
Work Environment
Position is primarily in an air-conditioned office environment. Time is also spent on shop floor where there is no climate control and personal protective equipment is required, including but not limited to steel toed shoes/boots and safety glasses.

We are hiring a Constructability Manager to provide senior-level technical leadership on complex reconstruction and capital improvement projects. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who specializes in constructability reviews, scope validation, engineering coordination, and risk mitigation.
The Constructability Manager serves as the technical authority between Sales, Engineering, and Operations—ensuring projects are buildable, cost-accurate, and execution-ready before reaching the field.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead constructability reviews and forensic analysis of engineering drawings to identify unbuildable designs, scope gaps, and logistical risks.
- Deconstruct construction and repair scopes to optimize sequencing, safety, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Reduce RFIs, change orders, and rework by validating engineering intent against real-world construction methods.
- Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to vet feasibility and provide technical differentiation on complex bids and pursuits.
- Serve as the technical advisor to HOA Boards, Property Managers, Owners, and Clients, translating complex construction issues into clear, actionable plans.
- Lead RFP development and rollout to engineers and trade partners, ensuring scopes are executable and pricing is build-ready.
- Identify value engineering opportunities, alternative construction methods, and cost-saving strategies.
- Collaborate with field leadership to ensure alignment between scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy.
Key Selection Criteria:

- General Contracting license - Highly Desirable
- 15+ years of experience in construction management, engineering, estimating, or senior project leadership.
- Strong background in constructability analysis, scope development, and engineering coordination.
- Proven experience managing high-stakes client relationships and leading technical meetings.
- Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of construction means and methods, safety regulations, and sequencing.
