We're seeking an Engineering Manager to build and lead the next generation of Pinterest's big data storage platform. You'll grow and guide a team working with cutting-edge open source technologies-especially Apache Iceberg-operating at exabyte scale to power the data that helps Pinners discover and do what they love.

The Mid-Level Technical Writer will support the development of validation test reports, test plans, procedures, and related documentation in close coordination with Auto OEM engineering teams and the Senior Lead. The role requires technical fluency and the ability to transform raw data and engineering input into clear, organized, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update validation test reports based on engineering inputs and test data
• Support creation and maintenance of test plans, procedures, and setup documentation
• Organize complex technical information into structured report formats
• Work with engineering teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness

As a Radar Hardware Design Engineer, you will be a part of our Radar Engineering team. The Radar Engineering team is comprised of a small cross-functional team of motivated and experienced engineers; we're responsible for designing, building, and testing cutting-edge phased array radar systems from concept to certified product. Responsibilities

In your role as a Radar Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing digital and analog circuits for our next-generation Radar system. You will be involved in all phases of development, from conception to production, tracing system-level requirements through to circuit-level design. You will drive the design and layout of a multi-processor with an FPGA on chip using DDR 4 memory, as well as designing switching and linear power supplies. The high-speed digital design is complemented by high-frequency analog and RF design up to 12GHz. You will own the schematic, layout, artwork generation and bring-up of hardware. You will be collaborating with the cross-functional teams, including mechanical and system engineering. You will be responsible for the certification of your design to DO-160, DO-254 design assurance and FCC certification. • 5+ years of professional hands-on experience with high-speed digital circuits, linear and switching power regulator circuits, PLL's, VGA, mixers etc.

Responsibilities

You will design, analyze, build, test, and fly a system of actuators, mechanisms, and structural modifications to enable remote piloted aircraft. Own your hardware from initial conception through flight test and certification...this is cradle-to-grave engineering with hands-on build, test, and integration. Lead cross-functional trades and drive performance and design decisions to closure. You will bring a sense of humility, and be ready to both learn and teach.

Basic Success Criteria

Responsibilities

• Work with the design, manufacturing, test, and flight teams to produce reliable products, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the business. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with flight hardware in the factory and on the plane, run investigations and containment on safety-critical products, and watch your processes build the first certifiable autonomous aircraft.

• Partner with design, manufacturing, and test teams through product development, acceptance testing, and quality checkouts to create reliable hardware verification for flight components and systems, including identification of key operating characteristics, prototype development testing for functionality and manufacturability, flight and prototype planning development, and collation of test anomalies and lessons learned.

• Develop and manage the quality management system to ensure compliance with processes, work instructions, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Investigate anomalies in manufacturing, supply chain, testing, and flight, identifying and mitigating the immediate and underlying root causes to manage risk and improve the reliability of designs and processes.

• Support the development, manufacturing, and verification of products using continuous improvement and statistical techniques.

• Develop, implement, and validate test and inspection methodologies for new and existing products, ensuring objective criteria are consistently met and quality goals are met.

• Derive, automate, and report quality metrics to the business and provide recommendations for design, product, and process improvements.

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Software Engineering, or a similar advanced degree

• 7+ years of professional experience in design engineering, manufacturing, test, software, or quality and reliability engineering

• 2+ years of professional experience with investigations, design of experiments, and other investigatory and problem-solving methods

• Experience with quality, risk, and/or safety management systems and processes

Preferred Criteria

• 2+ years of experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulatory requirements (e.g., 14 CFR 21, DO-160, D0-254, etc.)

• 2+ years of programming experience in Python, C, or SQL with an emphasis on data analysis and automation

• Experience evaluating, defining, strategizing, and executing test campaigns and procedures

• Experience developing engineering infrastructure and tools in support of the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As an Electrical Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the avionics engineering team. We develop the wide variety of computing, sensing and actuation, power, and communications systems that are at the core of our automation system. We're looking for a broadly experienced individual to apply their electrical engineering and software automation skills to develop robust test solutions for complex hardware in a safety-critical environment. This is a clean-slate opportunity to grow our primitive test operations into a production worthy operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automated test equipment systems for functional, environmental qualification, and manufacturing acceptance tests

• Analyze test results to identify failure modes, lead root cause investigations, and drive improvements back into designs

• Author, execute, and audit test plans, procedures, and reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful testing campaigns

• Drive continuous improvement to test system infrastructure, processes, and practices

Basic Success Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of full cycle electronics hardware test or development experience in a professional environment

• Experience with programming/scripting languages (C, C++, Python) and ability to develop and maintain test software

• Ability to methodically diagnose, document, and solve electronic hardware problems

Preferred Criteria

• Advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering

• Familiarity with formal industry test standards such as RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-461/810, or similar

• Experience with test equipment, measurement techniques, and processes for hardware verification

• Experience developing and simulating complex and manufacturable printed circuit board assemblies using tools such as Altium Designer and SPICE

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally across multiple organizations
