Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC turning machines, including Haas Turn Mill and Mazak lathes.
- Program lathes using drawings and job travelers to produce designated parts.
- Operate the Star Clip machine and perform secondary operations such as deburring, grinding, drilling, and tapping.
- Inspect parts for quality, take measurements, detect production flaws, and adjust or reprogram controls.
- Communicate effectively with Machinist Level III and Engineering regarding concerns or job changes.
- Recommend or approve supplies and materials necessary for lathe jobs.
- Serve as backup to the Machinist Level I to maintain workflow through the department.
- Assist with general facility operations, including equipment loading/unloading and inventory management.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures and regulations.

Cross-Functional Liaison & Engineering Support
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Production floor, communicating daily with operators, technicians, and supervisors.

- Act as the "Voice of Manufacturing" to the Design Engineering team, providing constructive feedback on manufacturability.
Production Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis
- Provide hands-on technical support to production lines to resolve assembly, test, and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Participate in the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process for all production defects, failures, and yield excursions.
- Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process, prescribing the appropriate disposition (repair, rework, or scrap) for non-conforming display assemblies.
- Design, implement, and maintain custom fixtures and test equipment used by the production team.
Process Documentation & Optimization
- Develop, write, and maintain clear, detailed Manufacturing Work Instructions for new and existing product assemblies.

WHAT YOU BRING:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics assembly, display technology (LCD, OLED, TFT), or PCBA.
- Proven experience in a cross-functional role serving as a liaison between engineering, quality, and production.

Our client is seeking a Quality Program Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of quality assurance and continuous improvement within CNC machine manufacturing operations.

Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of the Treasury Department activities for Pella Corporation. This includes performing daily cash planning and transactions, coordinating borrowing and investing activities, preparing cash forecasts, administrating on-line bank access and controls, maintaining up-to-date bank account records, and ensuring compliance with treasury policies. To accomplish these duties the Treasury Analyst will work very closely with the Treasurer and the financial management at all Divisions and Subsidiaries of Pella Corporation as well as external banking entities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Direct daily cash management to identify, track, and plan for the various cash flows for all divisions and subsidiaries of Pella Corporation. The goal is to minimize idle dollars sitting in bank accounts and to maximize Pella’s investment position or minimize borrowing balances.
Coordinate monthly Investment & Cash Forecast meeting that reviews and reconciles the previous month’s cash forecast versus actual, Pella’s investment portfolio, investment yields, cash balance year-over-year comparison and the cash forecast for the next month.
Publish weekly Investment & Borrowing report that summarizes investments and credit facility borrowings.
Establish and maintain efficient banking structure that supports corporate cash management goals.
Develop and maintain effective banking relationships.
Serve as System Administrator for on-line banking services and manage access privileges to enable users while maintaining the appropriate system controls. This includes completing formal quarterly reviews that confirm access versus proposed guidelines.
Maintain complete list of all bank accounts with current authorized signers.
Work directly with banks and divisions or subsidiaries to add or delete bank accounts as needed for new acquisitions or banking changes.
Review bank analysis fees for all accounts to ensure accurate billing and identify opportunities to reduce costs while balancing efficiency of bank reporting needs.
Participate in the development and communication of Treasury policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring compliance and updating policies as needed to reflect improved practices or processes.
Work closely with the benefits team on flexible spending account processes and account reconciliations. Review journal entries prior to submission to ensure reporting from FSA plan administrator accurately reflects the activity in the FSA bank account. This also includes tracking each year separately so that forfeited funds for each respective plan year can be transferred as directed.
Prepare quarterly bank compliance reporting in timely manner and support debt capacity planning as needed.
Support month-end and year-end closes, audits, and internal control reviews as required.
Prepare the Annual and Quarterly U.S. Government Census Reporting requirements. Work with all divisions to provide accurate information for significant Census requirements. Assist with any other census requests throughout the year by acting as the liaison between Pella Corporation and the respective Census Bureau.
Oversee petty cash reimbursements and activity at all sites to ensure compliance with policy.
Complete month-end journal entries as needed for bank fees and misc cash transactions as well as monitoring various accrual accounts. Responsible for ensuring general ledger accounts tie to bank statements and investment reports through monthly account reconciliations.
Complete budget for upcoming year on various Treasury-related accounts. Review and update as needed in the quarterly Forecast process.
Support corporate insurance, bonding, and PDSN reporting activities as needed.
In addition, based on current demands of the business, the Treasury Analyst will participate in other projects and support other functions as needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field from a four-year college or university. Two plus years work related experience in general accounting, treasury, or banking preferred. Candidate with the equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation range: $30-$32 per hour

About the Role
The Production Control Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure efficient workflow, on-time delivery, and accurate ERP system data. Works closely with Operations, Purchasing, and Shipping to support daily manufacturing needs.
Responsibilities
- ERP Management (Epicor):
- Maintain and update production schedules within Epicor.
- Create and release work orders/jobs and ensure all required data is accurate.
- Monitor job statuses and perform job closings in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate BOM/routing changes when identified thru Engineering.
Production Scheduling:
- Schedule primary machines and key resources to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Adjust schedules based on priority changes, machine availability, material constraints, and customer needs.
- Communicate daily schedule priorities with Production Supervisors.
Material Coordination:
- Release raw material to jobs and ensure correct inventory transactions.
- Prevent shortages and ensure timely material availability.
Workflow & Coordination:
- Track WIP levels and move jobs through departments as required.
- Support continuous improvement to reduce bottlenecks and improve lead times.
- Maintain strong communication with Manufacturing, Quality, and Shipping teams.
- Reporting & Accuracy:
- Analyze and resolve Epicor transaction errors, quantity discrepancies, and job variances.
- Generate daily/weekly production reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and machine scheduling.
- Ability to interpret work orders, BOMs, and blueprints (a plus).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (Key Responsibilities):
As a key member of our sales team, you will:
Drive New Business:
- Identify and engage new prospects through outbound efforts (calls, emails, research) to generate and close new business opportunities.
- Convert qualified inbound leads into successful sales.
- Develop and execute a results-oriented individual sales plan, collaborating with the Sales Manager to meet or exceed assigned territory objectives.
Excel in Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Engage with incoming client calls, providing professional answers, generating accurate quotes, and identifying opportunities to upsell and offer complementary or alternative products.
- Drive timely and accurate responses to RFQs (Requests for Quote) and other customer inquiries by effectively coordinating efforts across internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Quality).
- Maintain and expand existing market share within assigned accounts by broadening product offerings and increasing sales volume.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers to provide technical assistance to customers utilizing industry and product knowledge.
Optimize Performance & Strategy:
- Understand customer needs and objectives, developing tailored sales strategies to help them achieve their goals.
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasts and consistently exceeding individual sales targets.
- Provide the Sales Manager with regular, insightful updates on ongoing opportunities, competitive analysis, market trends, and territory growth opportunities.
- Maintain an excellent command of Newhaven Display's product lines, pricing, and their diverse applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate customer purchase, pricing, and terms files.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports detailing sales activity, orders, follow-up actions, and progress towards goals.
WHAT YOU BRING:
We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated sales professional with:
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Engineering, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in inside sales and/or account management, consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrable track record of year-over-year sales growth in a competitive B2B environment (experience in electronics or technical sales is a strong plus!).
- Hands-on experience in the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and a natural ability to build rapport and strong, lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion, with a talent for closing deals.
- Fearless attitude with a hunger for success and an unyielding drive to win.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities and a robust sales pipeline.
