A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in the Engineering industry.

Solid understanding and experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6.
Excellent mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various mechanical systems and equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts as needed.
10.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
11.
Certification or formal training in PLC or related field is a plus.
12.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
