  • Partners with business subject-matter experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on 3D Printing Technician to support daily production across SLS, SLA, LPBF, FDM, and DLS platforms. This role offers technical variety, daily problem-solving, and the opportunity to directly influence part quality, repeatability, and throughput in a dynamic, safety-focused engineering environment. You will work side-by-side with our engineering team to interpret build intent, execute precise machine turnovers, drive reliable post-processing, and continuously improve processes and workflow.


Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

  • Prepare, start, and monitor additive manufacturing builds across multiple technologies. (e.g., SLS, LPBF, FDM, SLA, and DLS)
  • Post process/finish parts and perform visual inspections against drawings/routers; identify common defects and document findings
  • Package parts per site standards; protect, label, and hand off to shipping.
  • Perform basic maintenance on equipment and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain 5S; manage materials with correct labeling and storage.
  • Communicate status/risks early; collaborate with engineers on root cause & prevention.
