My client, a global energy equipment manufacturing company, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer IV for a 1 year W2 Contract based on site in Greenville SC.
Essential Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Machine Tool Technology or Associate’s Degree, or Machinist Apprentice (or similar) graduate with 3 years of experience with graphical based CAM System CNC Programming [OR] High School Degree w/6 years of experience with graphical based CAM System CNC Programming.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Verify new CNC programs prior to release on the shop floor utilizing Vericut.
Provide CNC related support to M.E. (Manufacturing Engineer) and provide operator training during new / rebuilt machine startup and / or process improvements.
Provide daily operator support in the form of CNC programming and troubleshooting support to the shop floor.
Support and implement tooling & fixturing requirements associated with CNC machine tools.
Generate and support workstation instructions (methods) for CNC related issues.

Manage utilization of HCPs in accordance with Teleflex IPPs. Coordinate efforts between cross-functional partners, including Medical Affairs, Global Research & Scientific Services, marketing, and R&D. Coordinate, participate, and manage educational, scientific activities at identified local, regional, and national trade shows/exhibitions. Serve as part of the CMA clinical expert team on product applications and troubleshooting when interfacing with SBU Leadership, Clinical Sales Specialists, and Teleflex team members. Participate as a clinical expert on project teams, committees, and in meetings with various corporate departments to provide guidance as to the clinical perspectives for the Coronary/Structural franchise. Build and support infrastructure for speaker programs supporting Teleflex Academy, webinars, training content, and programs. Coordinate and participate in content development and review of education material as needed by IA BU or CMA. Manage all business-associated administrative tasks and responsibilities to support job-related activities, to include strict adherence to the Teleflex Medical T&E policies and procedures, timely filing of required and/or requested reports, and documentation of activities via approved documents and forms. Adhere to applicable Teleflex IPPs, Teleflex Code of Ethics, and all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in clinical, biology, health sciences, or engineering. Procedural experience within Interventional Cardiology and/or Structural Heart Possess a minimum of five years' clinical exposure in the medical field in the Cardiology environment. Medical Device industry supporting Clinical and Medical Affairs, strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; SalesForce experience preferred.

This role offers meaningful responsibility early on, the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators, and exposure to multiple practice areas including commercial litigation, consumer bankruptcy, and basic estate planning.
Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
- Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare well-written, persuasive work product.
- Assist with case strategy, legal research, and motion practice in commercial litigation matters.
- Independently handle smaller matters such as demand letters, small claims defense cases, and similar assignments.
- Support partners in larger commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.
- Assist in preparing cases for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial.
- Learn to assist with consumer bankruptcy matters and the preparation of basic estate planning documents.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to ensure deadlines are met and cases move forward efficiently.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of civil litigation experience
- Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar
- Strong research and legal writing skills are essential
