Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Permanent VP of IT Infrastructure.

This position will play a critical role in managing the technology infrastructure of our company and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure strategy and will be responsible for the oversight of all technology operations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a firm grasp on all aspects of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.

The VP of IT Infrastructure will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and will work closely with other senior leaders to align the IT infrastructure strategy with the overall goals of the company.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic IT infrastructure plan that aligns with the company's business objectives.

Oversee the management of all IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.

Ensure that all technology operations run smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity across the organization.

Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are successful in their roles.

Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop new technology initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.

Manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money in all decisions and initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and implement new technologies that could benefit the company.

Ensure the company's data and information are secure and protected from cyber threats.

Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior IT infrastructure role, preferably in the Tech Services industry.

Proven experience in developing and implementing IT infrastructure strategies.

Strong knowledge of all aspects of IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications in ITIL, CCNA, or other relevant areas would be an advantage.

Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure budgets and resources effectively.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
