The Role We Want You For

In this role, you will manage the organization and direction of project construction activities and oversee total site management including supervision of client contractors, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, and finance and accounting. Your leadership will ensure project operations are compliant, safe, timely, within scope and budget, and clients are satisfied.

This key project leader for Clayco’s Field Operations team will oversee construction of 100MM - 500MM or more and will be assigned to the as the Construction Manager/Superintendent on Mission Critical projects.

The Specifics of the Role

• Responsible for the organization and direction of all on-site construction related activities and the primary contact for all project field activities.
• Ensure construction operations are in compliance with design, specifications, and that construction operations are completed on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
• Responsible for site management including management of construction subcontractors, professional staff to include field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, finance and accounting services, and workforce services. Responsible for managing and maintaining detailed daily reports.
• Ensures the development and execution of project automation plan, environmental compliance plan, safety plan, site survey plan, non-manual staffing plan, subcontracting plan, labor strategy, construction execution plan, and job-site work rules.
• Responsible for implementation of Clayco’s safety program, security, housekeeping, and fire protection on the construction site and ensures strict adherence Federal and State safety codes.
• Ensures the field organization is composed of qualified and knowledgeable personnel and ensures effective personnel utilization.
• Establishes and implements construction schedules, methods, manning charts, material, and equipment requirements.
• Responsible for field project performance and analyzes performances for adherence to quality standards and schedules.
• Plans and establishes procedures to ensure all construction operations meet engineering designs and specifications.
• Ensures Clayco’s policies and procedures are fully implemented.
• Establishes project field procedures to be worked in conjunction with the Clayco’s standards, as necessitated by project conditions.
• Collaborates with the jobsite team to ensure labor harmony throughout the project.
• Partners with the project management team to maintain effective client relationship and is the primary contact for client's communication with the field activities.
• Maintains effective relationships with other functional departments.
• Develops, implements, and administers a job-site security plan and coordinates the activities with Clayco’s security department.
• Works with the project management team to participate in all job-site's contractual activities. Participates in contracts and subcontracts negotiations.
• Participates in the development and implementation of a training program to ensure subordinate personnel receives progressive training to enable them to assume additional responsibilities and is responsible for overall development of construction training and any testing as required.
• Works with Clayco’s safety team in the development of the project safety program and ensures strict adherence to Company, federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Ensures the implementation of an effective community relations plan for the site.
• Ensures required permits and licenses are in place prior to the start of the affected work at site.
• Responsible and accountable for construction license reporting to include construction Logbook entries and required notifications for permit closure.
• Partners with the project management team for the implementation of cost savings methodologies in the Construction organization and the promotion of other continuous improvement processes.
• Ensures development and execution of strategies and plans for project automation, environmental compliance, safety, site surveying, non-manual staffing, contracting, labor strategy, construction execution, and job-site work rules.
• Plans and establishes procedures to ensure construction operations meet engineering designs and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Field Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Support Superintendent(s) throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman.
• Document project field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule, and provide to the project management team.
• Ensure subcontractor requests for field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule are documented and are forwarded to the project management team.
• Follow guidelines of the Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program written for the job site.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related technical degree or relevant work experience in lieu of education.
• 20-25 years of relevant experience, with progressive responsibility and technical knowledge both scope and value of project.
• Technical knowledge and experience of relevant construction methods and systems including:
• Utility relocates and slope stability works.
• Full understanding of multiple mission critical platforms.
• Full understanding and working knowledge of high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems. General understanding of BMS and EPMS Systems.
• Full understanding and coordination of Utility relocations, underground medium voltage systems, and BIM modeling coordination of ALL utilities both above and below ground.
• Full understanding and managing of all LOTO procedure's and FOD inspections for all systems.
• Ability to research and understand local codes and jurisdictional requirements for the project.
• Knowledge of project-specific environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience with successful interface management on Data Center/Mission Critical projects.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
• Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.

Dr. Nizar Saad’s lab is seeking a postdoctoral scientist to join a translational research program advancing RNA-based and genome-editing therapies for rare genetic diseases. The lab develops RNA-, and CRISPR-based approaches for laminopathies and muscular dystrophies, using viral and non-viral delivery platforms (i.e., AAV and extracellular vesicles (EVs)). The lab also leads EV-based biomarker discovery efforts in muscular dystrophies. This position will require experience in EV and/or AAV isolation, purification, and characterization, -omics workflows, mouse work, including dosing and tissue collection. Experience in EV and/or AAV engineering is desired. Experience in cardiovascular or skeletal muscle biology is preferred. Additional details:

The Transportation Road Engineer will play a key role in supporting roadway design and transportation infrastructure projects across Ohio. This position involves planning, designing, and executing roadway projects for ODOT, municipalities, and county clients. As a Digital Content Specialist II, you will support UX copywriting and content
across AMA's digital platforms, with a primary focus on FREIDA, a platform that
helps medical students search for and evaluate residency programs. The role contributes
to the creation of specialty-specific informational content, user-facing copy,
and messaging that helps guide medical students, residents, and physicians
through critical career decisions. Working under established UX and content
standards, this role applies UX writing best practices to improve clarity,
engagement, and usability. The position works closely with product, UX, and
marketing teams to ensure content is consistent, effective, and aligned with
the overall member experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Writing and Content Development

• Write comprehensive Q&A content for individual medical specialties within the FREIDA Specialty Guide
• Develop and maintain informational content across FREIDA resources, including the Residency Guide and student-facing guidance materials
• Develop copy for the Program Director Portal, including guidance, instructions, and resource content
• Create push notifications, alert banners, and promotional messaging to support engagement and highlight key deadlines and seasonal activities
• Collaborate with medical education stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and clinical appropriateness

FREIDA Content

• Create clear, concise, and user-centered copy for FREIDA and AMA digital properties that support the FREIDA experience, including AMAone and related join/renew and sign-in flows

• Work on landing page and member-facing content that supports usability and conversion goals
• Collaborate with UX designers to integrate copy early in the design process and support effective content-design collaboration

User Insight and Industry Awareness

• Develop an understanding of medical student, resident, and physician behaviors to inform content strategy and UX copy decisions

LHH is seeking a Senior Databricks AI/ML Engineer to join our client's team in a fully remote role based in Seattle, WA. Candidates must live in one of the following states, and be prepared to pass a background check/identity verification process: WA, OR, ID, OH, SC, NC, TX, or FL

LHH has a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a Senior Databricks AI/ML Engineer to join our client's engineering team. This role focuses on building and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions across key areas of the insurance functions, including underwriting, claims, pricing, customer engagement, and fraud detection, with a strong emphasis on Databricks architecture and ecosystem integration. The engineer will collaborate closely with data scientists, actuaries, product owners, and engineers to operationalize models, transforming them into robust, production-grade systems seamlessly integrated into business workflows and enterprise platforms.

Salary & Benefits:

• $150k to $185k annually (depending on location & experience)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science/Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years experience in ETL pipelines, SQL Server, and production data workflows.
• 3+ years enterprise experience with Azure & Databricks AI/ML, including data analysis and visual analytics.
• 3+ years applying ML algorithms and transforming data science prototypes into production.
• 5+ years experience with CI/CD workflows for ML models and related code.
• Strong SQL, real-time and batch data pipeline development, and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer workshops to gather requirements and design analytics architectures using Azure and Databricks AI/ML.
• Serve as Databricks Architect, managing workspace design, deployment, and governance across environments.
• Define and implement Databricks Lakehouse architecture and governance best practices.
• Integrate Databricks with Azure services and lead implementation of Databricks SQL, Delta Live Tables, and MLflow.
• Develop and maintain automated MLOps workflows for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Set up and configure Azure and Databricks infrastructure for AI/ML workloads.
• Review ML model code and analytics scripts for quality and performance.
• Design and build data pipelines and cloud services for monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop robust ETL workflows using Databricks, Spark, and SQL Server for structured and unstructured data.
• Provide production support and performance tuning for data engineering workflows.
• Optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data processing and business logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and support business decision-making.
• Scale and deploy machine learning models to handle large-scale data.
• Feed raw data into models and build deployment pipelines for new models.
• Implement logging, observability, and performance monitoring for AI/ML systems.
• Conduct architecture reviews and performance testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the insurance industry (Auto, Home, Umbrella) and related AI/ML applications.
• Proficiency with tools/platforms: Azure ML, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Power BI, Snowflake, and APIs like Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
• Knowledge of streaming frameworks: Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, Delta Live Tables.
• Strong math, problem-solving, and rapid learning skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and independent work capabilities.
• Service-oriented mindset with ability to handle ambiguity and build strong relationships.
