How You'll Contribute:

A Project Manager (PM) isresponsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiating through Closing phases for media and entertainment organizations, as well as corporate entities. However, the PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. Every project is different, and project stakeholders are different. The SPM needs to negotiate a very complex set of variables between system design, site conditions and a widely varying set of expectations with multiple stakeholders.The skill of communicating both verbally and in writing to manage all these variables takes a very high level of awareness, emotional intelligence and people management skills.The SPM is constantly managing the forces of change in every project environment. Position Summary:

The Production Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations, on-time order fulfillment, and alignment with business demand. Job Description:

• In this role, you will ensure product continuity of supply for all materials that fall under your assigned portfolio of products. This portfolio can include the following types of materials: finished goods, work in process (WIP), raw materials, and packaging components.

Senior Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager – Healthcare (MEP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical/HVAC healthcare projects from design through execution
• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC reviews
• Perform HVAC load calculations, energy modeling, and engineering analysis
• Develop construction documents (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical/IT)
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, FGI, Joint Commission, and AHJ codes
• Provide client coordination, proposal support, and field construction assistance

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in healthcare or laboratory MEP engineering
• Strong HVAC design & multi-discipline coordination experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and energy modeling tools (eQUEST, Trane Trace, Carrier HAP)
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Professional Engineer (PE) License – Required

Preferred:

• Master's degree in Engineering
• LEED knowledge/USGBC experience
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or medical device facilities
