We are looking for Systems Engineer II - Modeling Simulation & Analysis Engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, engaging in a dynamic team environment, and are eager to learn.

As a Systems Engineer II - Modeling Simulation & Analysis Engineer, you will participate in challenging multi-disciplinary work across integrated product teams consisting of Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing and missile-and-sensor-level Performance Simulations. Our Performance Simulation teams provide, develop, and maintain high fidelity performance simulations, evaluate system performance, support new business initiatives and develop & execute technology roadmaps. This is an Onsite role in Tucson, AZ.

What You will Do

• You will create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance
• You will work in a team environment, receiving input from the team supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team members
• You will collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule
• You will work on different projects, determine, and develop approaches and solutions, and provide development guidance throughout the product lifecycle from initial concept to fielded product
• You will provide technical expertise for the simulation products of a specific program, and assist Senior Modeling Engineers in the preparation of detailed plans, and may interact with government counterparts as an authority on simulation products

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant prior experience
• Experience applying object-oriented software design and programming in C or C++
• Experience using Python or MATLAB for evaluation of data sets
• Experience modeling or simulating physical systems
• Experience in modeling, simulation, statistics, and/or analysis for existing or proposed engineering solutions
• Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued Security Clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

What You'll Do

As the company's Account Executive, you own the full sales engine—building pipeline, running deals, and closing business with lenders. You’ll partner with the CEO, the GTM lead, and the Product lead to refine our sales playbook, open new doors, and turn early wins into repeatable revenue.

Roughly 90% of your time will be spent finding new customers; the rest will go toward expanding pilots and shaping the product with customer feedback.

Drive revenue

● Own the full cycle. Prospect → discovery → demo → negotiate → close—then set the hand-off to Customer Success.

● Keep a healthy pipeline. Build a pipeline with targeted outbound sequences, warm referrals from our lending network, and industry events.

● Run demos. Walk customers through the product and tailor features to each customer’s exact pain points

● Handle objections and keep deals on track. Identify blockers, loop in product and/or other specialists, and keep deals moving.

Shape the go-to-market engine

● Create assets and iterate on messaging. Work with marketing and design to build decks, one-pagers, and case studies.

● Help improve the product. Log feature gaps, pricing feedback, and competitive intel; brief the product team in a concise Loom or Slack post after each major call.

Represent the company externally

● Industry presence. Host webinars, speak on lender panels, and attend 4–6 conferences a year to stay on buyers’ radars.

● Thought leadership. Co-author short market insights or LinkedIn posts that reinforce the company as the tech layer for private credit.

Experience & Skills

● 2–4 years sales experience (ideally in software, fintech, or real estate lending).

● Ability to understand complex technical and financial ecosystems

● Desire to build great relationships, often with non-technical customers

● Proven discovery, demo, objection-handling, and negotiation chops.

● Experience with a modern CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce)

● High professional fluency in English

● Success working across time zones or remote teams.

Schedule & Location

● Hours: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. PT, with a hard 5–6 p.m. China overlap.

● Base salary: $100k – $130k

Position Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and optimizing compounding and filling operations to ensure production goals for quality, efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance are achieved. This role combines strong technical manufacturing knowledge with leadership, operational analytics, and continuous improvement capabilities. The ideal candidate has a degree in Manufacturing Engineering (or similar), 3 years of experience in food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic manufacturing, and demonstrated success managing complex, regulated processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Technical & Operational Leadership

• Lead end-to-end compound and fill manufacturing operations ensuring efficiency, throughput, quality, and safety.
• Maintain, and improve standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for compounding and filling lines.
• Oversee real-time monitoring of production metrics (e.g., throughput, yield, uptime/downtime, labor efficiency) and drive decisions based on quantitative data.
• Use ERP systems for scheduling, tracking, and reporting production performance.

Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement

• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies to reduce waste, minimize variation, and improve cycle times.
• Conduct time studies and labor analysis to optimize workforce deployment and reduce bottlenecks.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation using structured problem-solving tools.

Quality & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure manufacturing processes meet or exceed industry regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, cGMP) and company quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance/Control to investigate deviations, manage corrective actions, and maintain compliance documentation.

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage, coach, and mentor production supervisors and operators; set performance expectations and promote accountability.
