Role Description

This can be structured as a full-time or part-time role, located on-site in NYC. The Co Host will be one of 3-4 personalities tasked with hosting the live show every day. Responsibilities include researching show topics, presenting segments, interacting with guests, and contributing ideas to content development. The Co Host will also engage with the audience to ensure a dynamic and interactive viewer experience.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and independent HVAC/Plumbing Engineer to join our growing team. You will manage projects across multiple disciplines internally while serving as the primary point of coordination for architects, contractors, and local city agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Design: Independently design HVAC and Plumbing systems using AutoCAD, ensuring all designs meet project specifications and applicable energy conservation codes.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing the project lifecycle from initial design through to construction administration.
• Internal Coordination: Lead coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines within the firm.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: 3–5 years of professional MEP design experience.
• Regional Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of experience specifically on projects based in our major metropolitan area is required.
• Technical Mastery: Must be highly proficient in AutoCAD and able to design HVAC systems independently rather than as an assistant to a lead engineer.
• Code Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local energy conservation codes and building regulations.
• Multidisciplinary Skills: While HVAC and Plumbing are the core focus, additional experience in Sprinkler or Electrical systems is a significant plus.

How You'll Contribute:

The Design Engineer (DE) is a contributing member of the core project team for Faith & Performance projects. The DE supports projects through the lifecycle from sales concept and design development to construction drawings and implementation support. Working under the guidance of a Senior Design Engineer or Project Engineering leadership, the DE assists in translating client needs and system requirements into coordinated technical designs and documentation.

The DE collaborates with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed and is responsible for producing accurate drawings, layouts, and supporting documentation in accordance with project standards. The DE contributes to equipment selection and bill of materials development, subject to review and approval by senior engineering staff.

• Create Sketchup Models that assist in communicating concepts to the client in the early steps of the sales engagement, as well as being used as the basis for other design deliverables through manufacturers such as loudspeaker systems, camera plots, and house lighting designs

We are looking for a full time HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Engineer to fill a Project Manager position, must have at least 3yrs experience designing HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection for residential and commercial construction projects. Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and produce competitive proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQ), and pre-qualification submissions in alignment with the pursuit plan and in full compliance with best practices.
• Review RFQ/RFP documents and translate requirements into practical tools such as outlines, compliance checklists, and responsibility trackers to guide contributors and keep all elements organized.
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day schedule for reach assigned pursuit, tracking progress against internal deadlines and escalating timing or information issues to the Business Development & Strategy Manager as needed.
• Draft and refine non-technical proposal content and shape technical input from project managers, estimators, and other technical staff into clear, well-structured narratives.
• Ensure that all proposal components (narrative text, forms, attachments, resumes, project histories, and certifications) are complete, accurate, and formatted according to client instructions and Citnalta’s standards.

SUMMARY: Responsible for overall statistical process control software setup by safely performing all testing procedures and ensuring conformance to established specifications. Additionally, manage shift quality improvement initiatives through training, awareness, and analysis of facts and data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Participate in training, embrace concepts of and actively practice the STOP Safety Program fundamentals to aid American Packaging Corporation's efforts to achieve a zero accident rate.
• Implementation of SPC Software Package.
• Analyze trends in production/process data through statistical evaluation methods.
• Determines test objectives and standards by studying software requirements; writing test cycle plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Meets test objectives by determining testing methods, cycles, phases, and conditions; setting up testing environment and equipment.
• Identifies software capability and reliability by conducting functional, system, and performance tests and resolves testing problems.
• Completes tests by training and directing others that will use the system.
• Maintains testing database by developing defect tracking and regression testing information requirements; designing information system; enters test outcomes; secures data.
• Reports test outcomes by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and displaying data; recommending software changes.
• Maintains test environment by developing test environment; enforcing and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Assist Quality Assurance Manager in determining Process Capabilities within the Laboratory and out on the Production Floor.
• Assist with raw material and/or quality issues; i.e., completion of and facilitation of reject/hold forms, supplier certification, customer complaint investigations, etc.
• Maintain Manufacturing Specifications and Operating Specifications.
• Analyze and Recommend Optimal QA Testing Requirement.
• Support Process/Product Trials through active involvement with Suppliers/Vendors, Customers, Manufacturing and Technical.
• Maintain a safe and organized laboratory area.
• Review and accurately file all production test data.
• Maintain and update Raw Material Specification files.
• Review, verify and file all Supplier Certifications.
• Prepare, verify and submit requested COA's for customers.
• Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings (Continuous Quality Improvement, safety, special projects, departmental, etc.).

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for the project planning, organization and execution of Medical Device Development Projects. The position will focus on managing timelines, risks, and deliverables for cross-functional medical device improvement projects that are essential to maintaining Delcath’s product line and meeting Delcath’s business objectives. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Program Management for Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Project managers at Delcath provide essential support by acting as a central hub for project information and communication across the project team. They organize, track and guide projects to deliver on time and ensure overall success.
• Support development projects by implementing Delcath project management tools and templates; work with the team to ensure the tools are regularly updated with accurate information.
• Manage team meetings by establishing discussion topics, gathering meeting materials, facilitating discussions, and documenting meeting outcomes.
• Ensure project success by communicating project information across the project teams. When necessary, assist the supervisor in communicating project information vertically within the organization. This will often include preparing dashboards, Gantt charts for meetings, and status updates.
• Work collaboratively within the Program Management department to periodically evaluate projects assigned and determine the appropriate tools and templates to implement to ensure project success.

QUALIFICATIONS
