What You’ll Do

• Install, optimize, and maintain highly technical, mission-critical communication systems at customer sites.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
• Perform advanced hardware/software installation, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly—even in high-pressure scenarios.
• Work with Project Managers, Engineers, Sales, and Public Safety partners to design and deploy cutting-edge Motorola Solutions systems.
• Use specialized test equipment (Communications Systems Analyzers, watt meters, Antenna Systems Analyzers, ethernet testers, etc.) to validate and optimize system performance.
• Document work with precision, ensuring clear records for system history and future optimization.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with VHF, UHF, 700/800 MHz public safety radio systems.
• Familiarity with 911/NG911, NICE logging systems, Airbus, or similar infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with P25 Systems, RF systems, wired/wireless networks, or IT systems integration.
• Strong networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, routers, switches, bridges, cabling, and IP configuration.
• Comfort working independently with high accountability in the field.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical teams and customer stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

The Operations Data Analyst will play a crucial role in applying data analysis and reporting to support operational performance, production scheduling, and process improvements. Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL skills: ability to write complex queries, join large datasets, optimize performance, and produce reliable analytical outputs.

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Director is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy that supports manufacturing operations and new product development. This role collaborates with internal business units to leverage purchasing power, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen supplier partnerships.

REQ OVERVIEW:

In this role, you will be supporting integration and commissioning efforts for a high-volume automotive manufacturer in northern Indiana. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Fanuc robotics, body applications, and special means build. The successful candidate will play a critical role in programming, touch-ups, commissioning support, and quality collaboration during pre-commissioning and launch phases. You will be responsible for the following:

- Develop, modify, and optimize Fanuc robot programs for body shop applications

- Perform robot teaching, touch-ups, and recovery in active production and pre-commissioning environments

- Configure robot frames, tools, payloads, and TCPs to meet process and quality requirements

- Support rapid program adjustments during special means build

- Support robot cell star-up, offline system work, and commissioning activities

We have a large industrial contractor looking for P6 Schedulers willing to travel. This position allows you to contribute to the delivery of large-scale industrial construction projects.

You will be part of a top-performing project services team and report to an expert Project Controls Manager in the industry. This position regularly interacts with company leaders, candidates, field staff, and third-party partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Planner/Scheduler, you will:

• Lead project teams in interactive planning sessions to develop work-flow plans, schedules, and detailed labor plans.
• Integrate planning information into the schedule verifying alignment with client expectations.
• Update schedule with progress and monitor key work sequences, including milestones, to identify then notify project team of deviations to the baseline.
• Lead planning sessions as required to re-sequence the work.
• Prepare and maintain craft loading plans, physical percent complete, craft productivity and key commodity curves.
• Analyze resource loading and craft productivity for possible impact to the project schedule.
• Perform routine site walks as part of the progress updating and monitoring process.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for executing compound development projects as a part of the Technology R&D Materials organization. The position is located at the Indianapolis Technology Center.

Nature & Scope

Reporting to the Polymer and Compounding Manager, this position is responsible for leading compound development projects and is accountable for communication and delivery of results to the broader Technology team. The R&D Materials Senior Engineer will apply a systematic and designed experimental approach to develop new polymeric compounds and evaluate changes in material performance prior to commercial scale-up in our manufacturing plants.

Specific Job Duties

• Leads or supports cross-functional project teams in production-scale compounding and prototype processing trials within the applicable Prysmian manufacturing facility associated with compound development projects.
• Drives cost reduction and enhanced performance compound development from bench scale to commercialization.
• Investigates and applies new polymer and additive technologies from a variety of suppliers.
• Leverages polymers and materials experience to identify and execute projects which improve compound/cable Sustainability and carbon footprint.
• Works to tight deadlines as well as contributing to longer term R&D projects.
• Coordinates laboratory experiments through Technical Service Requests.
• Works independently and provides guidance to R&D Materials laboratory technicians in order to complete project tasks.
• Creates and modifies compound specifications (including relevant raw material codes in HFA and SAP) to support the production of new or existing compounds
• Prepares informative and accurate technical reports.
• Updates and maintains records/database on compound changes or modifications.

OVERVIEW:

Build, maintain, update and communicate a Master Schedule to meet Company’s business goals by creating a structured process which marries planning with execution metrics. It should include current information and company goals while maximizing production efficiency.

Using data from the ERP, collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Management teams to reflect current realities in the schedule along with alternate scenarios. This includes communicating exposure to risks, changes in costs & production capacity as well as meeting customer demand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Learn about our products, manufacturing capacities, material supply chain and seasonal demand.
• Clearly define resources and timing required to fulfill customer demand: raw materials, components, subassemblies, labor production rates, and demonstrated throughput.
• Clearly define process and machine capacities to product achievable output, while smoothing demand for efficient use of resources.
• Provide resource projections to support financial decision making.
• Create and maintain production schedule / model to ensure alignment with materials, inventory, production capabilities, labor, and sales demand, including changes.
• Implements production tools for building actual customer demands, Kanbans, prioritizing builds, for expediting and automating transactions per Lean concepts.
• Coordinate input and results with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to achieve production and performance goals.
• Clearly communicate with all involved to ensure the goals are achieved and facilitate problem resolution. This includes actively monitoring for and troubleshooting potential scheduling problems, plus communicating them appropriately.
• Raise, maintain, report, and escalate risks in coordinate with the management and departments to ensure effective and efficient risk management and mitigation processes.
• Follow a documented, detailed, and organized process to update the schedules weekly, using actual and anticipated data and changes.
• Fully utilize data from the ERP system for analysis and be able to present it in clear, concise, and useful terms.
• Collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, and sourcing to ensure planning is meeting current and future goals.
• Establish a weekly routine of meeting with all parties involved, including gathering input and communicating useful information. This includes changes in risk for costs, supply chain, timelines, etc.
